weight training at 60 years old

I’m turning 60 years old in a year. I’m wondering about changing up the way I weight train. Is it going to be impossible to go heavy ? Is it going to be impossible to push 20 sets? Should I focus more on lean muscle mass and forget power training?
 
I would train as hard as you can but listen to your body, that's going to be important. Don't let your body dictate what you do. Be smart.
 
you should work with a good PT. who can guide you. they will help you train safer
 
your strength will start dropping in your 60's. its wear and tear. its about getting older so adjust your training
