reminds me of a friend who said "i want to get cut, i heard winstrol helps you lose fat" people use drugs like winstrol due to the fact that they keep you dry and in that sense its a better cutting drug because you dont receive any bloat while on, however i like to look at end results so any aas will really do in cutting.


send your buddy to the diet sectiion, he'll get a lot more out of being there

60 lbs is a long way to go, i hope he doesnt think some roids are going to get him cut in 8 weeks. it is going to be a battle and self control is what is going to get him to where he wants to be. but hell everybody starts somewhere i just hope he understands its not going to be easy, and far from a short journey, his whole diet/lifestyle will need to change.

Yeah bro, diet and cardio. I lost 85 pounds and it took me 10 months. I went from 275 to 190 and now I am finally bulking. But diet and cardio is the best way.

I am training my buddy/co-worker who's stats just recently went from 275(30%) to 235(19%) in the last 6 weeks. He is only on prop/tren to help preserve muscle mass while on a HIT program with 45 minutes cardio every morning. But really he does not need AAS just to lose weight and get into shape. He needs to just start eating better and actually going to the gym.
 
If hes looking for gear as a short-cut, hes going to be disappointed. NO ONE should use any kind of gear without being very knowledgeable and already having a great work ethic, diet, ect. And obviously, not trying to be an ass but, he doesn't if he's 280 pounds.
 
i like the fact you bro's are steering him away from AAS but i thought posts like that are suppose to get reported regardless???

Yeah I had to taper up the carbs so I wouldn't just get really fat again. With my body type it is hard because my body just holds on to everything so I have to really watch the carbs but it has its upsides, I can gain easy.

Really anything above 12-15% bodyfat is a bit of a waste of gear (IMHO) unless you are a sumo wrestler or powerlifter.

Like the lads have said, there are no magic answers, steroids are not the easy option, they are a tool, and probably account for about 5-15% of the extra gains the lads make.

The rest is hard work.

If he is a newbie to training and dieting, he will put on muscle and lose fat (or recomposition) his body quite easily.
