hey im takin 400 mg of deca per week and test cyp 500 mg a week...im doin a 5 day split and i was wondering for my workout routine im doin monday: chest tuesday: back wed: shoulder thurs: bis tris fri: legs i was wondering if anyone can give some ideas on how many sets, reps, and different exercises to do for each body part....much advice needed...thnks
