hey im takin 400 mg of deca per week and test cyp 500 mg a week...im doin a 5 day split and i was wondering for my workout routine im doin monday: chest tuesday: back wed: shoulder thurs: bis tris fri: legs i was wondering if anyone can give some ideas on how many sets, reps, and different exercises to do for each body part....much advice needed...thnks

Are you serious? What have you been doing this whole time while on your cycle? Please tell me this isn't as bad as it sounds.
