Been working out for about a year just to get in shape and never thought about using until I had my test checked and was low. Doc put me on test cyp 200mg. So a power lifting friend of mine suggested I take D-Bol with it. So right now I'm on 200mg once a week with 25mg D-Bol a day. I'm getting stronger and everything's going fine but starting to have pains in my wrists, forearms, elbows, and shoulders. Buddy said its from coming up in weight to fast. Any suggestions on what to take for pain and also having trouble gaining to much weight. Started at 195 now I'm 223 as of this morning. Want to get big but belly fat has to go. Seems to be where it's all going. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
 
Starting lifting and juicing at the same time = always a good idea. :\
Drop the dbol, add some cardio or circuit traiNing until you get below 205.

Thanks for the advice. I guess this is kind of a live and learn experience. As far as the D-Bol goes, that's all I want to do is eat. And if I don't I get the shakes and real weak. So I guess I'm off the D-Bol and on the cardio. Once again thanks!

Do some research on diets , start by cutting out all sugar and simple carbs .

sweet potatoes and brown rice should be your only sugar sources. thats all if you want to cut. you are getting the shakes cause your glycogen levels are busted. eliminate fruits, dairy, breads, all sugars
