Ok I've been on my cycle for 3 weeks; 500mg sustaplex/425 decaplex,
During rugby season I am 227-232 lbs
Offseason I weigh 232-239ish
I've had 4 shots and I promised myself not to weigh myself but did today and I'm 249.... when shoul di expect and how much weight gain.. grankted it is the holidays but i do 45-60 4xs week in gym and 6 days a week of 30-45 minutes stairmaster.

You might as well ask a crystal ball. It all depends on your genetics, nutrition, training program and so many other things. Just do proper compound movement based routines, work hard, rest hard, eat proper (clean foods but high protein, good fats, moderate carbs, high clean calories) and see where you end up. That's the best anyone can tell or guess you based on your question. There really is no "how much will I gain" answer. :/

No way to tell exactly how much you will gain, but if you have only been on for about 3 weeks then most of what you gained so far is just from water retention. You should start to see real gains any minute now.
