weeks 1-4 update OH YEAH!!!

Hey felles just wanted to update you guys on my gains. I am doing a 8 wk cycle of sus 500/mg. I started at 174lbs and weak has shit but right now I am 198 llbs and all my lifts are going, this shit is fuckin' amazing!!!!!

Sounds like decent gains but a lot of it is H2O....Best of luck with the rest of the cycle....
 
No Anti-E's = more H2O retention = more loss when coming off = pysological problems with being too small = more steriods

If u don't need them don't use them. My partner uses in excess of 2500mg/wk of sust w/no fuckin' bloat! Bastard! Me on the other hand have to use my anti-e's religiously!
 
I am doing a 8 week sust/deca stack now (first cycle) @ 500/mg sust and 300mg deca for the first 3 weeks and then 250mg sust and 150mg deca for the rest then jumping to winny V to cut down and then hcg and clomid. I have gained 19 pounds so far (about 30% water) and I am only in week 3.... I know this because I went to a club and danced my ass off and lost 6 pounds (all watter) lol in the morning I was cut as hell! lol but I got it back by the end of the day... anyway kinda off topic but this doesnt warrent a new thred so I am gonna ask here...


is there anyway to increase apatite??? right now I am eating about 2000cals for breakfast (5 or 6 packs of oatmeal, 8 eggwhites, 2 or 3 real eggs,4 slices of cheese on the eggs and 2 335cal begels with 13g protien and 56g carbs along with a shake. then depending on when I work out about 1500 to 2000 cals for 2 or 3 more meals (lots of carbs in all meals allong with high protien stuff like stake or if it's low protien I will have a shake with it) I have also started eating at least 2 packs of oatmeal with every meal I eat every day for more carbs. my question is what else could I do to gain more or what else could I do to increase my apatite because by the end of the day I am litterly forcing the food down before bed. any help with this would be great... lol I know someone is gonna ask so I will answer now, yes I am doing cardio to keep my self from exploding into a fat man (well I do abs one day and cardio the next on a 6 day split)

any help would be great.. thanx.
 
i must be doing something wrong ....you sure its lean muscle and not fat bro damn im on a similar cycle and only gained 7 so far....congratulations bro..

Yo man I have went down on my body fat from 11% to 10% and I don't see a lot of fat building up so and another thing is that I don't do any cardio during my bulk cycle, because I am concentrating on strength and size I will worry about cutting later..

thanx laundry guy. and just so u guys know what I ment by cardio is 3.5mph walking on tredmill for 20 minutes after workout, but I hit the abs hard for when I start to cut they will come out nicely

also, I am heard that b12 can cause mental retardation so I have stayed away from this. I havnt found anything to back that claim up so if any of u know anything regarding b12 that might be helpfull please let me know.
 
how do you guys gain so much so early if everyone says it kicks in about wk 4 what the hell are you guys taking..damn im jealous ...
 
from what I understand (and I understand very little because I am a newb) the prop in the sus kicks in in a few days (nothing crazy but it does) and in as little as 2 weeks my strength has gone WAY ... WAY up. I think it's part gear, part confidence in your gear giving u an edge that u actually think u are stronger and lift more... but thats just what I have seen (and it's not much considering that this is my first cycle) and also because I am frontloading both deca and sus for the first 3 weeks (next shot I start to taper off)
 
it still dont make sense ....the way you going youll gain 35-40 pnds .....anyone else that took a similar cycle gain this much this early...and whaT was total gains....

If you want to Increase your appetite add 400mg of EQ per week
 
I really wish I knew the answer to that but all I can say is that I doubt I will taper off because I am just learning now how to fine tune the art of stuffing my face with as much as I possibly can. I have stopped counting cals because I know I am hitting at least 5000 a day and am now FILLING my face with everything that I can find (as long as it's "clean" food) but I have learned a hard lesson today... mixing milk with my shake = bad for workout *bigtime*. I almost hurled during my chest press sets and it got to the point that I had to leave early and didnt even get to hit the bi's... do u guys think it will be ok if I just skip bi's or should I re-create my split to fit it in somehow for tomorow???
 
Whoa 24 lbs in 4 weeks, thats good it wont happen often so take your picture now and dont forget your clomid post cycle!!!
 
someone answer this question how is it lean muscle and not water or fat if what hes taking kicks in wk 4 and up damn what a lucky mofo.....bonez you the man i dont understand it but you the man....
 
lol, thanx. but like with training and intensity I take that to eating.... as soon as I feel I can squeese in a bit more food then I do. I also think it's cause I am REALLY focusing my eating as aposed to just "eating alot" I mean, I am planning every meal and eat it in an order like oatmeal first and then the rest cause oatmeal to me is like water now.... I think the trick is to just strech your stomach and then chow down and ALLWAYS increase anything even if it's small with each meal... when I started bulking I was at 1 pack of oatmeal with breakfast, stuffing my face, now I am up to 5 or 6 with no problems.

I also "pre-trained" my eating before I started the gear (about a week and a half) of eating each meal till I almost puked to stretch out my stomach for the cycle.

in all honesty, I dont know shit. I have ALOT to learn but this is what I am guessing did it for me. also what I was eating was about 150 - 200g's carbs MINIMUM with each meal along with too much proteen (personaly I would rather give my body too much protien then not enough while bulking). and also my training has become much more organized and intense 9not "heart rate intense, but just more efficeient) I dont know how it's possible but it is for me. I guess it's cause I have never done juice that I am extreamly receptive to it or something and I dont know if it was in my head or what but with in 5 or 6 days I was actually *feeling* somehting from the gear so i dont know... i thaught this was all normal but I guess I was worng... anyway I will keep u guys updated.
 
Rampage don't worry about seeing gains I was really worried when I didn't see gains inthe first week but you got to give it some time...it will come and when it does you'll know....Keep us updated. Good luck Bro

I am with bones, I have taken my diet very serious, and I plan out everything that I am going to eat. Talking about stretching your stomach I could barley eat 5 eggs white one whole and now I could eat 10-12 egg whites, and what bones said start your diet a week or 2 before your cycle so you can get your stomach used to eating a large amount.
