Yeah you are making some progress. Abs are surely getting more defined. Also lats are flaring making your arms come out further. Nice work and hope to see week three.
 
Week 3. Sorry still using shitty phone camera. This is a late at night pic so my stomach looks bloated because i just ate a shake and a feast of ameal afterwards. Still staying fairly lean. must eat more and change that!

I'm up to 221 somehow after starting at 195. Its been 15 days...... scary

Took more pics today. Its really tough to see my progress in these pictures. You can tell I put on mass but you cant see nearly how much. My arms/traps/chest are much bigger as I've really been focusing them. My waist is also a bit bigger but all my pants still fit so its not much bigger it just looks alot more massive. My torso as a whole is just thickening up. I feel like a fucking tree trunk :)

Can also see my legs in the one picture here. Not flexing them and I swear I'm not grabbing my junk

OK well i wanna be fucking beast status throughout my 20's, dontl isten to 75th hes probably some computer dork. Do what you gotta do but trust me theres far worse things out there than steroids. I know a lot of people especially mods that took them hella young. not the smartest thing to do but its not the worst either especially if you have a good diet

lol no man. you cant overdose on steroids. All im saying is that if you have a good diet and you exercise, theres really no problem. If you do it right. If you pin 1g weekly then yea you might not be ok but im pretty sure a light cycle wouldnt hurt him.

Yeah, Im just some computer dork. No life or training experience whatsoever.

Boarding, stay natty for the time being borheim. Making good progress so far, but dont get impatient.
 
nice gains! are you seeing any sides? i want to do a beast stack with var incorporated into it during or after. (depending on what the knowledgable folks on EF inform me of doing). great work, keep it up bro!

I'm really happy with my progress so far. I'm up a lot of weight at about 235 right now. Shoulders/traps/chest/arms all have made good progress. I look nothing like my first pics and I'm getting comments everywhere I turn. Went back to Penn state for the weekend and had a bouncer ask me if I was on the football team. My friends all asked if I juiced. Etc
 
damn bro! you beefed up, i can definately see a big difference. great job! i hope to see the same, then i want to run a var cycle to cut. ill be starting my beast/katana cycle this coming week, any advice?
 
man i hope my beast/katana cycle does what yours did! after that im going to take some time off and then run a car only with sustain or dermacream to cut up. :p sick results bro!
 
You are doing gret with th emass. Do yourself a favor and back off on the carbs just a little bit. I ran into the same mistake and went to far with bulking calories and now my waistline has some stretch marks.

i've had stretchmarks since i was 16 on my love handles. no biggie.
 
i have slowly been trying to find my perfect mix of cals. hasn't really been working out so i'm just overeating. I'll clean it up more when i'm natty but dont want to miss gains

Most of your pics are unfortunately overexposed a bit so it makes it hard to really see your progress. This one though really reveals your increased thickness. Good work! Those are really substantial gains.

I wasn't necessarily warning of the stretch marks themselves. I am just saying that putting on too much fat is of no profit to you. If you are good with it, then whatever. You can gain just as much lean mass and gain less oveall body weight. Total body weight shouldn't be the goal.

Don't get me wrong, you by no means look chubby. You are doing good. Just an in-advance warning. If you begin to eat too sloppy, you will become dissatisfied with the amout fat gain and it's stubborn as shit too. Just don't overdo it is what I am saying.

Only you can judge it, so if you hav eno problems with it, then continue as is. but, if you do begin o feel like you are gaining too much extra body weight, then just reduce your carbs and it will quickly get taken care of.

yea i monitor it pretty well. I know how big i'm willing to get and have been cutting back my calories the last week(mainly from carbs). Thanks for the advice though

lol.. my stretch marks went from being tannish/ darker to lighter/ whiteish again, because im growing! yes!

they are nasty tho.

i think its genetics but I'm trying to supplement my workouts with lots of extra arms/traps work. Definitely going to be a big aim for me in the time from now till I cut in february. have always been pretty wide and the fact htat my arms and traps dont grow fast pisses me off. haha
