oh, and In light of recent feedback I've decided to change my bulking var cycle to a cutting cycle.

My plan:.
2200 calories. 50/30/20 p/c/f
(5 meals of 55g prot, 30g carb, 10g fat)
Cardio, 45 mins, @ 135bpm, 5 days per week. empty stomach. morning.
Lifting 4 days per week heavy compounds.
I don't think there is any need to cut back calories so drastically. I agree dieting is a good idea but I'd go with with 2900kcal daily, with about 200g or less in the form of carbs. Slicing calories in half at once is bound to cause muscle loss.
