Week 2 of "The Freak System"

I know last time I put up my routine, I got alot of shit about it. Well im gonna finish posting the rest of it, for those who would like to see it, and for those who wanna see FREAK'S WAY of training.

Here is what I did last week For week 1:
225-1x10
250-1x10
280-1x10
305-1x10
330-1x10

WEEK 2
225-1x10
250-1x8
280-1x8
305-1x8
330-1x8
360-1x8

Then I did 225 for 20 reps. After that I did some inclines presses, incline flyes, and pullovers. I got 5 more weeks to go.

You are cock strong. I have given you no shit about your routine, because it is obviously working for you, and also you did not ask for critique.

I wish I could train like you are doing and get stronger. It would be simpler than having to dream up all the crazy shit I do to try and get stronger, but for me, the old school program did not give back nearly at the same rate as I gave in.

Different strokes for different folks, as I always say. I hope you do well, continue on the path you are going and beat Ed Coan's 242 total record.

I train differently than you, but admire your strength nonetheless. It doesn't matter how you get to your goal. Just do something that works for you, and be committed.

DAMN FREAK you seriously r a freak of nature. See if I was doin that workout after the first set of 225X10 I wouldn't be able to do the next set.

R you using any type of percent from your 1RM????? The reason I ask is b/c I have friends that train for chest/shoulder/etc strength not tri/lats/delts/etc.

Either way whatever ur doin works. Do you take any supplements??
 
WELL CUBANITO AND DECIEVER DONT FEEL BAD, I CAN ONLY HANG FOR THE 225X10, 250X10, AND THE 280X10. THEN I WOULD HAVE DROP THE DAMN REPS. FREAK IS A FREAK.

FWIW, my sons trains with a routine that would kill my lifts, but it works for him, and that is all that matters. The same is true for you. If it works, it is good.

Dude i never thought about beating his total record untill you mentioned it. Thanks for bringing that up. Now you gave me a goal to try and complete.

I will be shocked if you don't beat his 242 total record someday. If you keep going at the pace you are going.

You are heavier by a lot, than he was at your age, but bodyweight aside, I bet you have a higher total at age 19 even than the king had.

Somebody can check me on that one to make sure, but I am thinking you are ahead of where he was at 19.

The bar lands just at my lower pec. I do kinda throw my elbows in, because thats how I do it in the shirt. But sometimes I will catch myself doing it elbows out. Which dont really screw me up.

At 19 ed coan had over an 1800 total at 181. Thats is awesome, I guess we both got. I kinda fall into, his pattern when he was my age. Next time I talk to him, im gonna mess with him on beating his record.
Well even if someone gets it before me at 242, Im still gonna bust my ass to ranked #1 in total for 242. I dont care about the ranks of my sq,bp, and dl. It all comes down to total and I will be #1 at 242, and you can qoute me on that.

Freak what I meant was the weights that ur using 225X10, 250X10, etc r these certain percents of ur 1RM or did u just pick out random weights to use. ????? And do you train your extras for benching with elbows tucked in(lats, tris,delts) or elbows out(chest,shoulder)???

Is that a lil easier to understand.

And trust me i WISH I could train wit u guys I think it'd be awesome but I'm stuck in this town for another 2 years or so.

I guess you can say they are %. Sometimes ill increase my sets with weights ranging from 25-60lbs, maybe even more. And I dont do any extras as far as the elbow thing goes.
