I know I'm gonna get sh*t from guys on here about this....but I gotta say weed is a big plus in my book. I'm 27 6'3 215 7%bf, been lifting for 10 years. And I love ganga. Doesn't make me tired. Does make me hungry. And more importantly, it is an INCREDIBLE way for me to ramp up my workout. Sure, if you're already an idiot, it will probably make you more of one. But for me, as soon as I take a couple tokes, my muscles start to swell and feel pumped and all I want to do is stretch out and then work out - REALLY HARD. Now, I'm sure some guys will drop a weight on their head if they're stoned. They shouldn't do it again. But if you're more together than that, I'd say weed + aas + caffeine = one awesome workout.
