weed whacking suz for training

my workout ended after a measly 30 minutes yesterday could barely finish my chest up. Gym closes early today so i had no time to go. Gonna start a new split on monday that is less volume then previous. I will do 1 muscle group per day with the exception of thu. Start of with a 5x5 and do 3 exercises of 2x8. The 5x5 warmups will be 1x10,1x8,1x6 and the 2x8 will be 1x10.

Mon-Chest
Tue-Legs ( last 2x8 will be substitued for 2 1x12 calve exercises )
Wed-Shoulders
Thu-Back & Forearms
Fri-Tris
Sat-Bis and late afternoon agilities and sprints

the specifics will be worked out. the volume is too hard to keep up with after a grueling day in the sun, which im not used to with class and all.
