I woke up this morning and had two cans of tuna and a small amount of rice (20gms of carbs). On my way to the gym I began to feel a little light headed. I went to the gym and hit triceps. During my workout I kept getting fatigued a little jittery, remained light headed and couldn't get a pump going? I came home and drank four cups of OJ and had some a shitload of crappy food.
For the past few days I have been taking 6iu's of slin post workout follwed by the 60gms of pro and about 50gms of simple carbs. Then a few hours later some complex carbs and more protein.
Any ideas of why I would feel like this today? I am feeling fine right now.
