want to start 1st cycle, but way to many opinions, whose right?

I'm 6'2" 180 eat great but have a very hard time putting on muscle. Everyone tells me different ways to start up and cycles. But i have no idea who to listen too. I've done lots of research and I was going to take Dbol/Anodrol/test sus. However, I don't know if thats the best for a first cycle. I want to start so bad but want to be careful at the same time. Also I've heard a lot of the websites are bogus and I don't want to be ripped off. Please can someone help me out?
 
bro if its ur first cycle and you have ur diet and lifting program dialed in, just go for a simple test program i did 500mg a week for 12 weeks for my noob cycle and gain 25lbs. don´t waste ur money on more.
 
Test E, 12 weeks with spot on PCT. You could use D-Bol to kick start the cycle if you so desire. Test Suspension is not soething I would do for a first cycle. Shit, I've no desire to do it at all. Well, at least not yet.

yes keep it simple first time out. one compound. test. see how you react. do an enanthate or cypionate to save on the amount of pokes. maybe a dbol frontload. have some ancillaries on hand, and have your pct ready. a good 10-12 weeker should be nice around 500mg/week .
i personally dont use test at all anymore, if you're one of the lucky ones like me you can run deca alone, but a lot of guys cant.

yep wat they said. Keep it simple. Test 500mg/wk. Jumpstart w/ d-bol if you feel like you have to...then good pct

I'm 23 played college soccer great shape just could never put muscle on. At the gym 5X a week. Worked out and trained with top athletes and coaches. I eat now about 1.5 protein to lbs and @ 2000-2500 calories. Now im working out to put on muscle size and its slow but working just by eating rite and hitting the gym hard, I need help because i have a thin frame. The advice so far was to take Test E 500mg a wk for about 10-12 wks? Does that sound right? Thanks for your time.

Thank you. Im technically termless, sorry, whats the PCT and ancilliaries? For after the cycle? Probally a stupid question.
