want to start 1st cycle, but way to many opinions, whose right?

If I only take Test E for 10-12 weeks
wait 5-7 days then do I even need HCG or will clomid and nolvadex be sufficient? and should i take it for 5 weeks or 2 weeks total?

old skool bb didn´t use hcg.... i think you will be fine with clomid and nolva for 2 weeks total after a 10to12 wk test e.

lol. you know bro. yeah it is a waist of your money. listen to mr. old school here. just buy enough of what you need for a 2 week pct. and you'll be fine. yeah. ha

ps i should note so big travis knows... keep some nolva on hand incase u see some forms of gyno forming... also hcg will help u keep ur gains... do ur research other wise mr big travis will get on ur case

Run the Deca for 10 weeks and the test for 12. Hcg and clomid PCT. This was a good start for me with no sides. Good luck

hey bro, glad to see you already have someone here that knows you personally and also knows how you'll be just fine at the end of a 12 week test run at 500mg/week. well. with a true vet like him nobody else need post advise. i think we need to post a sticky right under "can drink winny" that says " 12 wks of 500mg/wk test run only requires 2wk pct of just clomid and nolva".
 
Thanks alot guys for all your time Im gonna up my calories to 4-5,000 train a little harder and longer, and in about a month or two ill start on the test e cycle and take the Hcg just to play it safe as well.. You guys have been a great help. Do you know any good places that show the caloic intake for food and protien and how to start tracking it?

i´m not trying to be a dick bor, everyone´s different and reacts different ways. plus he´s probably going to get a liquid nolva and will have plenty if any problems arise. also someone had previously posted a pretty good pct calculator for noobs a couple of weeks back. he can check there to see how long.

This combo sounds good to me and like he said, if you can't make gains with those 3, you're not eating enough or you train like a retard (aka you suck.) :p

The 1.5 grams of protien per lb of bodyweight is a good start, but if you're a hard gainer/ectomorph body type you're gonna need a lot of extra calories. I think a good way to do this is to eat clean throughout the day(chicken breast, cottage cheese,eggs,steak, etc) along with veggies and pasta each meal. You can supplement with a couple meal replacement drinks or weight gainers too. A meal or two in a glass daily (ex: during work and/or school)will make life easier.

At the end of the day, after you've taken in your quality calories, try downing a bunch of oatmeal cookies or PB & J sandwiches- wash them down with a quart or two of whole or 2% milk at bedtime. You could do this anytime actually, but I prefer to see you do it at night cuz you don't want to kill your appetite with sugary junk before your quality calories are taken in for the day. If you start getting fat, no prob-cut back on the night time junk. It's my belief that until you start gaining unwanted weight, you won't know if you're consuming enough calories to support your RX enhanced metabolism.


Oh yeah, eat a lot of pussy too. It won't help you gain weight, but at least your priorities will be in order.
