btw, i did 5 sets of squats per usual rep \ rest scheme followed by

supersets of leg curl - leg extensions ( 5 sets )

then 5 sets of leg press ( per original style )

experimenting with legs and i must say this was one of the most intense
training sessions i've ever had. 5 hours later and i'm still woozy.

i have to constantly remind myself that wall street is heavily populated

by men with high intelligence and low emotional capacities. ( mutually
exclusive parts of the brain.)

most of these guys would probably meet the criteria for psychopathic

personality disorder and consequently you can't trust 'em as far as you

could throw puddlemonkey.

however, there is a cold comfort in the details. the market is an amalgamation

of perception, personality and emotion. the market is as ruthless as its captains

and together they will ultimately prevail. history supports this notion.

just a little different take on a belabored subject.

You really can't trade stocks with emotion you'll have a nervous break down. Goes for commodities, currency, bonds too. They're just pieces of paper, can't drive them, live in them, screw them, just paper. Of course the money you make from trading the paper will get you all those things.
