what was it like 19" arms on a 5'8" frame weighing about 180-190?

thats pretty solid, really solid in fact.
 
I believe he herniated a disc or two in his back and he couldnt do deads for a long time. I really do believe his goal was to be the scariest mother fucker on the planet.

ThanX all for the concern!! All of the kind words and support are much appreciated!! Ive been basically out from lifting for close to 4 months now. It majorly FUCKS with my mind, so I havent even posting on the boards. I have 2 herniated disks in my mid back, which is a rare location. T-7 to T-9 I beleive. No signs of healing. Lots of negativity from doctors and one therapist. Went off on the motherfucker. Ive been wearing a back brace (cloth with steel bars in the back) for over a week now. Lost alot of size. Im around 177lbs with 17" arms. :FRlol: :FRlol: Just dont give a fuck enough to eat when Im out of training. I try to eat what I can, but Im the type who wouldnt eat for days when I dont have to. Nerves and stomache issues. I look forward to coming back and KILLING ALL THAT SHIT eventually, but until then its an endless and dark fucking journey! ThanX again all and KILL THAT SHIT!!

One time, walkingbeast came and picked me up at my house. We drove to an open lot in the middle of town. Walkingbeast made me set there with him for an entire year, and during that year a construction company erected a bar around the place we were sitting. Upon completion of the bar, walking beast ordered us a round of Jack Daniels. After finishing his drink, Walking beast burnt that fucking bar to the ground.

One time I was walking aimlessly across a VERY busy freeway and I accidently got ran over by an 18 wheeler---one of those heavy tanker types--I think it was carrying a full load of lactose-free milk...anyway, WB lifted that SOB off of my crushed chest with one hand and pulled me out by the shirt collar with the other. Then he drank all the milk in the tanker-trailer. After that, I figured I owed him....so we went to the Sizzler where he proceeded to devourer the entire salad bar (including that huge freckin' bowl of pepperoni !)

Hmmm... If you remember right, I told you last year that you were going to ruin your back training like you were... This is exactly why I warned you to stop.
