That is what I have to do around this one certain female at work, and I know she uses her gender as leverage to treat every man like shit here. Whenever you ask her for anything you get an attitude and because she ins't another man you can't tell her to fuck off.....I've tried talking to her about her attitude, but it only makes it worse...what else is thereto do?

Sounds like a performance issue that needs to be addressed by her supervisor. Do everyone a favor and talk to your supervisor about your concerns. Good morale and teamwork are vital to a productive workplace. People who can't play nice need to be counseled....period.

You're absolutely correct...but to top if off her fiance is the Accouting Manager and good friends with the GM. I am going to have a talk with my manager though, because I can't put up with it anymore. We'll see what happens from there....

Document each occurance of lack of support so you don't look like the slacker.
Dates, times, responses and when asked why something was not completed,

We'll the thing I have going for me is that she has many enemies here and we all are reporting her, so they'll have to fire half the company then....Even though she is a complete bitch..i am still somewhat nice and calm with her...
