I'm lucky that I sleep right through the night. I never used to. You need some herbs baby ;-)

I don't think herbs are going to help its likely low carbs my cycle and stress I been getting up to pee or just plain wake up at 4 a.m sometimes I fall back asleep no problem sometimes I am up.

I sleep fine on minimal carbs
I destroy myself at the gym or bikram and sleep like a baby

I always have a hard time sleeping for the first three weeks or so when I go low-carb.
 
I am taking a shit ton of vitamins and supplements. I am actually starting to think some of the vitamins are the reason I can't get a restful sleep. Or it could be part of my cycle who knows. Also could be all the coffee I drink :S

I'd definitely watch out for vitamins with chromium picolate in them. Those will keep me up all night.

And unless something is specifically designed for night time use, I assume it's got a little something to rev me up. My guess is that manufacturers want their products to make you feel peppy, so they include (even sometimes hide) a little stimulatant in them.

Just my 2 cents...

Most of what I take is all done by about 5 maybe 6 at the latest anything that has caffine in it I don't have past 3 so I would think I am getting rest full sleep but who knows. Shit with work this quarter was mother fuckin stresful so goddam happy to have this month end.

Stress will do it fore sure.

And watch out for caffeine. I believe it has a half-life of around six hours.

So two cups at 3:00 is still like one cup at 9:00. Either one would keep me up all night.

This is what I try to keep it to one venti bold in the morning and one around 1 or 2 in the afternoon. I try to sleep at 10 I can get to sleep most of the time by 11 but my ass just seems to keep waking up randomly at 4 or 2 a.m and it is making a grande cranky bitch.

I do believe the worst is behind me I so owned someones ass in emails today it was fucking awesome so cool and relaxed then smack down bitch I kept your email was your ass lying when you said your deparment had this shit covered cause now I am asking you to work and apparently only one person on your hole goddam team knows how to do what I need done. I asked see in this email can you do this shit do you need me to train your people on this shit. No we are good. No your not you fucking liar and you cost me fucking busines and fucking commission and I really want to kick you in the nuts. (END RANT)

LMAO yes from time to time my anager gets the better of me. Say if I miss a day or two at the gym which I did this week. I went last night and I am going again today so my aggression should be back down to normal levels. :qt:

Hahaha no it's lack of an outlet. If I miss a few workouts and I am under stress its not a good scene on or off cylce. I get real short tempered, cranky and bitchy. Lifting weights keeps me calm centred and happy.

Sounds like it would be a great episode of "Intervention".

I believe weight lifting is the only acceptable addiction.

Also I slept like a champ last night as I know now for the most part things should be pretty stress free until year end. I also know that my boss now knows how bad the other department screwed us and he's on board with me to get it fixed ASAP
