vitamins while dieting

Makavelli takes in upwards of 6 grams vit C... just read that recently.

It is one of the water soluable vits so you'll see it leaving your body then pop some more. I take around 3-4 grams I'd say.

Are you using stimulants? If so I have other sugestions/reccomendations:

Taurine 3-5 grams
Potassium ~ 1.5 grams
 
Zinc 20-35mg. Zinc is an amazing vitamin. Actually stimulates alot of stuff, (got to love the putuortory gland) or howver u spell it!

I take my Daily Multivitamin thats about it.

IF I WAS CUTTING I WISH I USED GLUCORELL R. Would have definatelt sped up results. I thought it was all BS untill i tried it myself and have seen some changes.
 
B complex and vit. E are a must. Also, zinc as mention, can help with test levels, as they fall when dieting, and zinc helps regulate E. I would also suggest calcium and magnesium(magnesium may be the most overlooked supplement of bodybuilders).
