Ok I have multi Vitamins, but they do not have much of Vitamin E or C. How much should I be taking a day of these vitamins.I'm 22 180 lbs very active.Run at 400 in the morning work construction from 7-3 Than hit the gym right from work.
I take one in the morning and one at night, my MRP's are a good source of vitamins so they take care of post workout. A lot of times I also have a bar before I lift so I get some vitamins from that too.
