This has been bothering me for awhile and was just wondering if anybody here knew anything about this. I like to have a green tea w/caffeine in the morning and a couple more through out the day. I also take vitamins and other supps through out the day. The question I have is will caffeine kill the effectiveness of the vitamins? Somebody told me that caffeine hurts the effects of your vitimins, if so I have been wasting alot of money.Thanks.
