Since I have been filming some of my stuff lately I am going to start a new training journal with video of some of my stuff. I am doing mainly sprint/agility and plyo work right now. I can't do max effort stuff still, so my weight training is mainly grip, de, and simple 5x5 or 5x3 for me days.
