A buddy just gave me his copy of the video he shot of my show back at the end of sept, so I thought I'd share it. This is of my routine in the evening show. The routine itself was off as I was sick as a dog from binge eating all day, but you get the idea.
Let me know if there are any problems with it

I started the contest diet at 235lbs at 13% bodyfat, and stepped on stage at 180lbs at just over 4%. The avatar pic was actually taken the morning of the show

Very impressive....I wish I had the ability to work more on the cut look...but I prefer raw power and size....so I tend to carry a higher precentage of fat>>>BUT you might have just convinced me to try....
