OK opinons anybody...???

ok so here is the deal....i pretty much fucked up....dove and caught many balls but my luck finally ran out.... I ended up cracking my left top part of the shoulder.....the good news is that It is not that serious of a break and I do not have to have any kind of surgery.....The shit news is that I am about the start week 9 of a test enthanate and eq cycle @ 250 mg per week--test and 200mg per week eq.... What would you all do...The doc said that I cannot lift for 4 to 6 weeks.....I would say that I have two options...1 to stop injecting now carry on with pct....or 2 just to not work shoulders and chest for at least a month and concentrate on my legs and whatever else I might be able to do.... I am so pissed...I was just starting to see some great changes aswell....

Those are pretty reasonable doses. Me, I would just keep doing my regular dosing regimen. And do like you said, concentrate on other body parts.

Ok man well thanks for the replie....I guess that is what I will do....pretty sad...never had such a shitty turn out on replies.....again thanks man!!

+1. Yea, just stay on it will help with the healing. As suggested you can go higher with the EQ keep test where it is now

yep, time to really concentrate on the legs, just make sure you drink enough water..

ok..thanks for all the replies guys....till now I was really hitting some depression...i mean shit its finally summer...pool and boating excitment gone...no ball for a while...and my cbr 1000rr is getting bored....I mean what else is there to live for?
 
In my opinion it really depends how advanced you are and how serious your injury is. Bare in mind if you have been training enough you will be able to almost completely isolate muscle groups but if that isnt the case, even training biceps and triceps will have some effect on your shoulders. It is hard to comment on this without knowing the whole story.

Personally If I was already on week 9 and suffered from an injury I would start with PCT and lift very light to try and keep what I had gained. I would then give it a break and begin another cycle when I was completely healed. Again it depends on how serious the injury is.

If it wasnt all that bad I would do as everyone else has said and, if I had the spare money on me and was not too concerned for paying bills/expemses and so on, I would add GH in to the equation.
