VETS OPINION on test e and deca shot frequency

ive always been a monday and thursday injector, but i was thinking isn't it better to have all the gear on monday in your body so your at the level of dose you want to be at all week. like 500mg of test on monday so you have that in you instead of splitting it, or does splitting it make your blood levels more even. thanks bros

With long esters I prefer to inject everything at once if it's possible. I have too much gear to inject to be spreading it out all week. Plus I dont want to be injecting 2x a day if I dont have to. So I just try and get the long esters in at the same time each week, and worry about daily dosing with orals and fast acting gear. As long as you keep the same injection schedule with the longer esters you should be just fine with once a week injects.

Medium esters from C5-C7( isocaproate, enth,cyp, hex) I shoot 2x per week for more even blood levels. Usually I do this with my longest esters too( C10, decanoate, C11, undecanoate/undecylenate) too, but if I were doing only 500mg/week of EQ and I were using my 500mg/ml version, I'd just do it in one shot, not two .5cc shots. The fewer pokes the better as long as blood levels stay fairly stable.

with my 6 cc's of deca i have to separate it into 2 shots a week.... then i got my 1.5 ccs of test that i injected about 12 hours later after the deca... so thats 4 shots per week for me.

You're lucky. You've only gotta get in 7.5cc/wk, I've gotta get in 12-14.
