Very short bulk cycle

Hey guys, I'm planing to do a bulk in about 1 month. I'm 6.2 ft tall, 165 lbs, and was about 7-8% bf this summer, and have 3 years of gym experience, I'm dedicated 100% to training and nutrition.
I'm aas novice, and my question is: is it possible to do a light cycle (4 weeks or so) during bulking up, I just want like to get like 25% more results than I would get from just nutrition and supplements.
Nutrition part would be high protein (chicken, tuna, eggs, whey, cheese 0% fat), high carb (oats, rice), low fat (once a day wallnuts, olive oil, flax oil).
Supplements: Super Multi (Dymatize), Syntha 6 with oats in the morning, for PWM shake Whey Isolate+Cratine+Maltodextrin, and EAA, BCAA, Creatine for during workout shake.
So, I'm not expecting some freaky gains, just a little help from aas, what do you think?
(I will maybe start full cycle next year in this time )

Thanks

at 6'2 and 165lbs you are not in a situation to be considering steroids just yet man. you can get great results just by eating more at this stage.

how old are you?

I'm 21. I don't expect to gain a lot, just to help a little, even 5% than I would get from normal cycle. Can you recomend something man? BTW I was 200lbs at the end of the last bulking phase, I'm 165lbs now after cutting, I don't look skinny at all, my back and delts are very wide and developed

You know the saying "Easy Come, Easy go"... Whats the point with 4 weeks. Your not going to keep any of it.

Yea I know :D
Is there any mild combination that would make somewhat of lasting gains, that would just give me that little edge at bulking, considering that my nutrition would be awesome during, and after?
After bulking I'll do cutting, with clenbuterol from 1st day.

BTW I'm planning to do first real aas cycle next year at around this time

Wolf, what Radar said. Read that stuff it is all knowledge that we all need.
At your weight you must have a pretty high metab. So you need to think LESS IS MORE in your workouts.
You should concentrate on the BIG COMPOUND LIFTS. And not volume but INTENSITY.
By that I am saying do a good general workout cycle to get your bod primed for whats to come.
So you would want to do a Full Body workout for 3-5 weeks. This will get your joints and connective tissues ready to move some real weight.
Following that you should set up a routine consisting of these;
Dead Lift
Squat
Bench
Military
Pull Up
Bent over Rows
THATS ALL!!
You want to be the rep range of 3-6 and not more.
You want to be in the set range of 4.5and 6. That is work sets.
You can eat anything you want and as much as you want. This is cuz you burn through cals super fast right now. Be assured that will change with time.
Drink lots of whole milk.
Eat pizza, eggs, nuts, fish, beef, chicken, turkey, ham, even some McDs, veggies and some fruit.
Get all the sleep you can. Even take daily naps if you can.
Work out not more then 3 days per week.
DO NOT DO INTENSE CARDIO you dont need it and it will not help you.
Have 2 protien shakes per day. Any brand of protien is fine for you right now.
Mix up that routine as said above and do this for 24 months.
Bro I guarentee you wont even recognize yourself at the end.

You cut 35 pounds after bulking from 200-165??? What are you competing or something???

I would try the natural route first for a awhile longer before jumping on. Seems like you have more to learn bro.

Do yourself a favor, get some BIG BLAST and some Better Bars. THAT'LL put on some weight.

And don't have shakes with oats. It's too filling and kills your appetite for other food.

Dammit Nelson, I didnt know that about oats. Thanks bro:cool:.

Eat a shit ton of food and hit the weights hard and heavy 3 times a week (no more), and you'll gain 20-30 pounds so fast people will think you're on steroids. You may have 3 years of messing around half-assed in the gym, but you don't have 3 years of dedicated, serious lifting.

I'm 6'2", and when I was 165 lbs (many many years ago) I looked like an Auschwitz survivor. And I was about 6-7% bodyfat with a 29" waist...and STILL looked skinny. So yes, you look skinny.

You need to eat about 2-3 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, and add 4 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) to a protein shake (no carbs) about twice a day. Other than that, eat whatever. D0 a 5x5 style training along with that and you'll gain a bunch of weight.

So there you go night_wolf theres a ton of advice posted up in here ,how you apply it is going to be up to you and how badly you want it,because there are no shortcuts!
