ventro warning (my exp)

I inject suspension into my ventroglutes just fine standing up but when I tried injecting laying down I had pain similar to when I got a compound fracture on my arm. Idk if anyone else feels this way but I just wanted to tell the ventro newbs to be super careful if injecting laying down into vg. Never again for me only standing. pz
 
ive read many articles on this an am still comfused exactly where this location is....i assuming its toward the front side of the leg right below the ridge of your pelivs kinds feels like its above the upper quad but more towards the side of the leg....i dunno im too confused about this location
 
Sounds like you went to low this time bro. I've done it before laying on my side and about jumped out the bed with the sharp pain.

Easiest way to find it is to stand on the leg and flex your glute. You will see the cavity formed in the middle of the muscle on the side of the body and above that a 'ball' of muscle. That is the location.

I always stand up doing injects for glutes and over many years have never had this issue ever.
 
I didnt go to low because it pinned a mil away from the last pin (which was as painless as suspension gets, not very) but laying down raped me a new one. Its an alright injection site an I only do it because im pinning 16 times a week !!!! delt quad glute ventro get me through. O its my first cycle test e 12 weeks 500mg and test susp 100mg/day for the first 20 days to kick start. Ive gotten over the pins as soon as I saw the 6 lbs in the first week with practically no water bloat due to adex every 4 days.

personally, I never do glute shots... Just delts and quads..

That site shows some dangerous stuff, there glute shot is way off IMO. I dont need any help thnx though just wanted to share to the homies that it "might" be better to do ventroglutes standing.

Those glute shots are not way off bro!! Like you said: It's your 1st cycle... For many of us, it's not!

It is easy to find the correct spot when you're laying on your side. Just bring your knee up and you can feel the muscle just up from the crease between your leg and stomach. You can easily feel the muscle where you should inject because all around there is bone so the correct spot is easy to pinpoint.

IMO there isn't a better place to inject.

It went..

I shouldn't of cycled when I did.. Not enough training under my belt. Awesome results, nothing freaks like AAP would blink about but considering where I came from to where I'm at in the amount of time it took me to get here.. I'd do it again.. In fact I am, just at a much lower dose.
