Veggies while Bulking

What's the wrap on them? How important are they.If you get fibre other ways is it alright to take a multi and exclude them ?
 
My bulking consisted of 15 years of beer drinking and fried foods. I as bulky as I want to get. Trying to go the other way bor.
 
No, YG. There are macro nutrients, fiber, etc that you want to get from real food. Don't you like any veggies? I bet I could send you some recipes you would like to eat.

They have a place in your diet. If you are going to be going heavy on the protein you want both fruit & veggies (but watch the fruit) for the fiber as well as the good enzymes that help to shuttle out the waste of your body's daily metabolic processes. I.e. nature's Waste Management.

Yep. Make sure you get your good starchy carbs in there too. Fruit is good, and ok when you're bulking but its still simple sugar = spike.
 
he eats black beans with his special recipe consisting of mixing sweet corn with black beans and a dark thick sauce to it. it looked delicous.

PS. I WISH I WAS EMERALD. i would eat every hour. 12 meals a day.
