OP not only is that the requirement as detailed by the sticky, but it helps experienced users determine how they can help.

I WILL SAY though that there are other things besides AAS that will get you swole. N2Amp is one them.

I second that, N2AMP brought on more vascularity than var did not to mention the workouts i'm having on the stuff....i've got some N2KTS coming I can't wait to combine the two
 
If you want to be more vascular, you don't have to use aas bro. There are PLENTY of OTC products out there to help with that. Specifically nitric oxide products if I'm not mistaking. Nitrix is a great product for that. I've taken it, and I basically lived at the gym bro. Workouts were crazy. Sometimes I'd even mix it with a scoop of some jack3d. Nitrix made veins show I never knew I had lol
 
absolutely agreed with the above... vascularity is my specialty bro and i am obviously not on cycle year round... now, when you are on certain cycles, you can definitely get a sweet base of vascularity but throughout the year, there are plenty of other things to help... n2amp being one of them... how about cardio for one... possibly a good diet for another?? it depends on you... just because you take anything, doesn't mean you just get it... fucking vascularity of all things has to be earned bro... anyone can get "big" but not just anyone can get big and vascular at the same time...

Some guys I know just don't get that vascular. Killing it or not.

I agree that you need to head over to that forum to work on shredding to see what happens.
 
For me id say vascularity takes time and your body getting used to mass blood flow to every body part. I didn't start getting really vascular until I hit 8% body fat which for me took ten years of training and a consistent clean diet. Some products boost blood flow which will cause veins to be more apparent but for those tiny little road map veins to get to the surface I think muscle conditioning is #1
 
I just got back from the gym with my 5x5.
I was falling asleep on the couch before hand so I took 2 scoops N2KTS and a scoop of the Zero Loss pwo and a gram of salt. I got vascular as hell!

I wouldnt lure everything into thinking that if they hit certain BF digits or got their muscles conditioned, that they would experience vascularity....so much of it is genetics, and Ive worked with tons of amazing athletes who have low BF....some look like BBs, others look well not so ripped up but you can caliper or dunk tank them and low BF...lots of what folks seek is really about choosing your parents wisely :-) Train you butt off, enjoy the training, and appeciate the hard work but dont put too high expectations on yourself to look like others....take some joy in the process and the journey while shooting for realistic goals.

Also, for those cutting, are you getting enough fat in your diet? I have good results with 15-25g of EFA/Fish oil a day as well as high doses of CLA...and of course, I can see my definition come and go with how much carbs Im taking in, again its individual...but I know when I cheat or even allow myself to start eating fruit and rice and carbs that arent so naughty, I still lose definition....thats just me....I gotta stick with veggies and meats for most part to stay lean unless Im able to do 6-8 training sessions a week, meaning 3 days a week double sessions with killer interval and strongman type athletic circuits...

correct.. i was 6% body fat when i was an endurance runner and i was not vascular. it will improve your vascularity but it won't mean you will be vascular to your liking
 
Besides what everyone has mentioned, there are other things that factor in. Temperature around you and what you have taken in diet wise that day. Lots of things affect it. Mainly, though, stick with training and you will see them slowly appearing. Some days, when it's hot out, my arms look wicked from the veins, and then other days, if I'm a little cold, you can barely see any veins.
 
Age... Just become an old fart like me, and you'll be sportin' veins everywhere but your toe nails.

In addition to age, low body fat is the biggest part of vascularity. I don't know of any AAS which will help get you there, but obviously anything commonly known to reduce body fat and water retention will help.

Complete bro-science right here but as an endurance runner I'm sure you were pretty skinny, no?

Wouldn't you need a decent amount of muscle mass as well as low BF in order to show a lot of veins?

I did keto for 4 weeks, to see what it was like, did a small depletion workout Fri, ate carbs all night, all day Saturday.

Worked out Sun...dear god. Best pump + vascularity ever.
 
No matter what other factors you take into consideration, you will never be vascular with high bf. You must cut this as a priority if you want to be really vascular.
 
I'm only 9% bf guys and I still have hardly any :/
6ft 205lbs and I would say I eat about an 8 on a scale of one to ten healthy wise
 
well if thats the case, there is genetic factors and individual variance...no need to get upset..if you are that big and 9% Id be happy!!! Are you 9% from a dunk tank or your own estimation? So many folks are just guessing, or if you have some idiot from the gym do calipers you are probably off too...
 
As you get older your skin gets thinner - bodybuilders tend to be in their 30's partially because of this reason - more definition can be seen.

Try cutting out dairy (or lactose containing dairy), this is said to keep your skin "thicker"

Cut carbs, you might be holding water.

The more androgenic AAS will do a better job of promoting veins than the more anabolic ones (deca for instance). AAS will increase your blood volume, making your veins pop out more.

Synthetek makes synthelator, a vasodilator. This is also supposed to promote veins.

Its 100% genetics.. I've seen guys with low bf (below 9) and they never had that veiny look, but i had a friend (many yrs ago) at 16 he had broad shoulder and his forearms were minimum of 15" ripped vascular as fuck, and he never touched a single weight in his life, he also had a very large hand and wrist with a massive forearms that were bigger than his upper arms..
Steroids can defiantly bring on vascularity, high dose of anavar and trenbolone are he one that bring on the most vascular look, ofcourse if you already have low bf..
 
sub 10% bf, on a gram of EQ per week. also throw in viagra and insulin with a mega carb load meal . hit the gym and see a freakshow of veins .

I don't doubt this but the price of a bottle of n2amp compared to a gram of eq a week? I think ill take the n2amp lol, I've ran a decent amount of aas eq included but only 400mg/week and honestly nothing has made my veins pop like n2amp, now when you combine the two you will have veins like none other
 
Thanks for the comments guys, and I am starting to believe a major part of it is genetics lol I guess I'll try and clean the rest of my diet up and slow down on the carbs and water (naturally hot natured I drink like a fish)

dehydrating yourself is hardly worth being vascular lol....unless u have a show or something coming up but thats only for a few days and carb loading will make u more vascular if anything but that it also temporary....just grab a bottle of n2amp, there was probably 5 different people including needto that recommended this because it works lol

yeah I noticed increased vascularity within days, and the best part was, I was already on var 60mg/ed for about 6 weeks and still noticed a huge increase from the n2amp....good stuff

Is n2amp come in capsules or is it like a hard tablet pill? When I took n2burn the only thing I hated was the hard pill . Sometimes it got stuck when I would swallow it and burn the shit out of my throat...haha yeah laugh all you want :)
