Hi ladies, I've been out a long time required a full abdominal hysterectomy which put a 10in across my stomach after which I ruptured my internal stitches leaving me out of the gym for almost 6 months. Needless to say I've been back on the grind. I'm preping to compete NPC Figure July 2013. My body fat is ungodly high 5'7" 157 31%. I'm lifting 6 days a week and cardio everyother day. ABS or Calves every other day. Right now my goal is to lift heavy and get down to 15% BF. You think a var cycle would assist in getting the BF down while maintenaning and growing?
