Valium & piss tests ?

I take valium sometimes to help me relax when on a cycle & training hard.We have regular random piss tests at my job.I was told by a co -worker that one of the guys piss tests came up positive for Barbitiuates from taking a valium the night before.Im not sure if this is really true or not but since of course I do not have a script for them I am a little worried.Im wondering if anyone knows if this is true & if so what are the detection times?

What? I dont smoke weed or do coke or anything like that.My question is will Valium show up positive as a Barbituate..

Valium is a benzodiazepine with a failry long half life. Being a former drug tester you would think I would know this off hand but I can't remember right now....could be the 1 mg. xanax(another benzo) I took about 45 minuites ago. I'll look into it more in the morning (when my head is a little more clear ...Bump this up around 9 am for my reminder.

ahh valium i came up positive for that in a drug test i took it 2 days before my test.. i believe it should be out of your system in about 4 days............

Also bud, the standard NIDA test does not include barbituates, it would be an addition which is not cost effective for most companies to include. However Valium does not fall into that class of drugs anyway...
