V Diet / V A R / T3

V Diet / V A R / T3 Plan

First let me start by saying this site rocks... I'm a member on other boards, but the people here are very active and knowledgeable. I have been lurking for several months and finally started posting recently.

Last year I started to transform my body back to where it used to be. I was a wrestler / ju-jitsu fighter and a T/F member in the US Army. I was in great shape. I got a big job and went cold turkey from weight lifting for eight years. I enlisted a friend in similar circumstances to join me in my transformation process.

I'm 5' 6"
I started out weight 220, I have droped to 180. I believe my current BF% is still in mid 20% range.

I have made good progress but I still have a way to go. I did this diet awhile back to shock my system. It's called the Velocity Diet, By Chris Sugart. It's a simple four week diet. I lost about 30lbs doing it twice. I have managed to keep the weight off by eating clean and working out.

I was thinking about how this diet might work with Anavar - oxandrolone - and T3 stacked with it for 8 weeks. This diet is very difficult but I have had good fat loss results.

Any thoughts?

My goal is big fat loss while maintaining maybe gaining some muscle!!! Sorry for the big ass post. I'm planning on keeping a detailed log.

Thanks, Raider187

BTW... Workout is 4 days per week & I do cardio after. I will probably add addition 30 min of cardio am.

Var is by Balk** from good source

T3 no source yet but I'm planning on getting it domestic. I don't want the liquid type.

Day 1 Chest shoulders tris / abs + cardio
Day 2 Legs / abs + cardio
Day 3 Off + Cardio
Day 4 Back / Bi's / abs + Cardio
Day 5 MMA / Plyo Training
Day 6 Off
Day 7 Off

I will post the Pics when I get started... I'm going to start a log thread with before and after Pics. I have them now from the first cut. I'm looking for feedback about the diet with the cycle.

All I can say is that manipulating carbs is the way to go. Following a similar diet like you and it does work.
Never messed with T3 but I'm doing great on Test/Eq/Primo with some hoodia and green tea. Got to around 10% and plunging lower to 8 or 7 by the end.
IMO, you will prob not going to gain any mass with that caloric intake.

What I do with my program is start low carbs for 3 days then slowly increase carbs for the next 2 days with carb loading on Sat and Sun.
With something like that you might be able to gain some mass. Just something to consider, however I know everybody is different
Good luck man

Good info Varga, I might hit you up for more info if I get too run down on this diet. The hard part about the diet is one solid meal a week. That's 8 solid meals in two months. Yikes!

Thanks V... I have decided I'm droping the T3 and going with the diet and the var and I'm going to use ALRI's Tx it's just a throid supplement, but should do fine.

Is the ISO pure RTD similar to the Biotest stuff is? I tried that diet with whey once and I could tell I was losing a ton of muscle and not much fat (this was natural though). I'd like to try the diet for real, but I can't afford all those Biotest supps, and it's kind of hard to say you really gave it a shot if you are using cheaper stuff.

I wouldn't use the T3. Too easy to add fat back once you're done.

A week of DNP around the end might really help, because you'd be getting less and less fat loss. After the DNP do a few days of major carbs to reset your thyroid levels from the low carb diet and DNP, and then go into carb cycling to maintain.

I really don;t think he knows what dnp is, but you pretty much on the money with it. That stuff burns fat like no other :)

I think you making a good choice to drop T3. I've been messing around with different stuff for years except my tyroid. There is so much stuff there to increase your methabolism is not even worth it.
Anavar and a low carb diet will yield very good results and you can also add something like green tea and hoodia for good measure. Enjoy
peace

The ISO Pure RTD is good, but I think the protien quality is better in the BioTest. The "Cassien" sp? which has a longer breakdown time. I'm going to switch to Met-RX RTD 51 which has been my favorite so, but it's not cheap. Price has never been an issue, I'm drinking the RTD shakes because they're easier and I'm a real busy guy.

On both occasions I lost some muscle doing the "V" diet, but not much. I reduced my bf % roughly 33%. I'm hoping the var will allow me to keep my muscle while the the diet helps reduce the fat.

I thought about dnp, I have been doing alot of research on it, It's some powerfull stuff, but I don't need it or the T3 for that matter. I'm just going to put some hard work in hommie and follow my diet.

The VAR is an experiment and hopefully a bonus at 60mg ED 8 weeks. I will also take CEE and glutimine.

On workout days, I will have close to 2k cals with 288g of protien, 31g of fat, mostly omega's, and 77 carbs... I'm still waiting for my stuff, but hope to get started on Monday.

Thanks again for all the feedback!
