second week taking jack3d. I take 2 scoops. I dont need to go to three yet. I dont know if i crash or not, seems like i get irritable and a little more energy about an hour after workout. But hey it keeps me sweating and i like it 
Yeah, today was a exception...leg day with not enough cals in me... Good to hear your likin it. Hope this Vengeance that Southernlord keeps talkin about is better! I f'ing want the strengthstack but this whole omega thing is not giving me any confidence about it.
day 1 - took 1.5 scoops. felt not much when i got to the gym so my buddy and me took another scoop each.
then i felt amazing focus and had tons of energy like caffiene. it was a good rush. not overwhelming. benched a little heavier than usual (225x5.) after the workout ran 2.5-3 miles. still have energy and felt kind of weird afterwards. still up 5 hours later. had a tingly feeling over my head and legs kind of like a niacin flush and felt kind of itchy. aside from that here is my ratings.
Energy - 9/10
Focus - 9/10
Pump - 8/10
Crash (higher means worse) - 8/10
overall rating - 8.5/10

Cool Cool good to know. Yeah That is what I call the itchy's they will move over your body as the days go by but decrease lenghth of symptoms
I believe jack3d does have BA in it. BA is one supp that actually does work. The tingling should stop once you get used to it. I would buy some bulk BA and dose it at 3g on nontraining days.

I haven't tried jack3d, but going by the amount of stims per serving I would say yes. Do not use it if on cycle unless high blood pressure doesn't concern you.

Yeah, just me personally I took two scoops today, and no sweats or erectile disfunction! No heart murmurs either. That's just me my blood pressure was 128over 55 yesterday though....so maybe my low BP is one of the reasons

can i take jacked while taking anti depressants? im just taking 25mg paxil every night (nithing crazy high)
Hey Bro, my initial thought is yes. Almost every anti depresant is a stimulant so it should't be a problem. My dad is a Drug and alcohol counselor so let me find out what paxil is and I'll let you know here in like a hour. I again think you should be ok cause I was on a heavy dose of prozak, but no-xplode, jacked, they all work better to be honest.

hey how about that NO Eplode? i just got my order of beastdrol starter stack. do you think the NO Explode will be good enough until i order something else? im in afghanistan and the military base here carries that but nothing else and im going to start beasdrol monday. just wonder if thats ok for now until i order something else?

This is what I've heard from several people including southern lord. Don't run Jacked, No Explode, Vengeance, or anything else when running Beast! Your Blood Pressure will be way to HIGH. Use that stuff while doing PCT

The pumps from the Beast are intense. Adding a NO2 product on top of that could be crippling lol.
NO2 supps give you a big psychological advantage during PCT. When on cycle you are likely going to have the sickest pumps of your life. When you come off cycle those pumps go away and you will likely lose some intensity in the gym. That's where NO2 supps and creatine come into play.
If you need a pre workout boost on cycle try 200mg of caffeine pre workout. It's cheap and effective.

Vengeance is good shit. It utilizes Arachidonic Acid (The patent ingredient in X Factor) to illicit some incredible pumps.
Ara is responsible for Vasodilation via the PGE2. The good thing about this product and all Arachidonic Acid products is that their effectiveness GROWS as you use them and as the Ara build saturation within the body. X Factor by itself would do this. Arachidonic acid (Ara) influences protein synthesis, protein uncoupling, insulin sensitivity, and muscle sensitivity to hormones. Combine all of those and you'll get a recomp effect, crazy pumps, and great muscle gain.
I would say that if you wanted to stack X Factor with an NO product, you could do it for the first bottle or for the first week, but once Arachidonic Acid saturation builds, you'll get all the pumps you need from the X Factor. In fact stacking X Factor with a "pump" product my result in some painful pumps.
The effectiveness of this product will only grow. If you think you're getting pumps now, just wait till the end of the product. You'll want to get another
What is truly unique about this formula is that you're not constantly overloading the arginase enzyme which essentially lowers the arginine that is endogenously available. Meanwhile, inhibiting this enzyme will yield more results than simply pumping yourself full of Arginine.

CLA has only been shown to be effective in the obese. Here is a meta-analysis of CLA. I'm not sure where I dug this study up, in fact I'm pretty sure another rep showed it to me but I forget how I found it.

Yeah...It was weird though I took it at 5:00pm and Didn't get the normal "Itchy's" till like 40 min into the workout. and No jarring amount of energy either....just the absolute craving to lift till I was dead. I honestly did like 20 sets of back all to complete failure like 20+reps 12 sets of Bi's and 6 sets of abs all to failure in like a hour and fifteen. That would have normally taken like two and a half hours to do.
On a sidenote. I'm seeing very decent strength gains on jack3d, and I'm shredding Up. Shredder stack is going to flat out KICK ASS!!!!

Some others on here exclaimed about how this stuff tastes like shit. I found it rather good, in fact the best tasting pre workout product I have ever tasted, however I tend to like tart lemon type drinks. Needless to say I give it a 10 in drink ability.
No longer than 15min into it I started feeling a mental focus like no other. I was motivated to work shoulders today like an animal bent on destruction. Now this may be from anticipation of using a new product. We will see tomorrow as I will be working chest and I'm super pumped for that. Soon after the mental focus I started to get a full body buzz. It was like a euphoric ready for anything you can throw at me type feeling. I definitely felt ready to go the distance.
60lb DB Press 3x11 last set got 2 additional forced reps after failure
35lb DB Arnold press 3x11 last set got 3 additional forced reps after failure
(after these two exercises my shoulders felt pumped beyond belief. I felt i needed to stretch after each set just to retain full range of motion.)
I proceeded to do lateral flys, front raises and upright rows and each exercise I surpassed my regular ability.
Post workout:
Head felt woosie, balance was a bit off, almost like a bit drunk. No appetite for post workout protein intake but forced it down anyways. On the plus side my shower felt "AMAZING". Don't know if this is a plus to any of you but holy shit the shower felt good. For lack of a better description and I'll probably get flamed for this but it felt like a hot shower when coming down off of E.
I'll update tomorrow on how well I am able to sleep. Judging by my feeling as of 8pm I'd say I'll be just fine.

haha it makes me feel good too man, but after a while its starting to make me irritable after. I can tell. still gives me a good focus and pump. Im gonna try Amp02 though

I've been using jack3d for the last couple weeks, I'm very satisfied. I tried vengeance this morning, I was not impressed. I wasnt attacking the weights like I did with jack3d. I liked amp02 but it seemed the effects wore off after a few weeks of use.

This happens to me when I take NO Xplode. Could be due to the sensitivity you have to caffeine combined with all the other ingredients.
