using leg wraps for your elbows on bench

Inever benched with a shirt before, or even used leg wraps for squats. but i tried some today on my arms, just for feel.
ha, what a feeling my arms were flying forward. I feel i could add another 50lbs to my bench with these. I think theyll be fun to try once, i wouldnt use them for training though

Are they legal in competition?

Funny you mention that.I just tried using my knee wraps on my elbows for the first time a few days ago on the incline bench. Failed 360 with them, and got 360 without them haha. Ive been thinking of ordering elbow wraps by Inzer. I hear they are real good. Any suggestions on good elbow wraps? ThanX!!!!!!

for elbow wraps i'd say just get something loose to protect your elbows. nothing tight enough to actually help with the lfit

i dont wear elbow wraps. that would defiantly take away from the training imo. i do wear a pair of neoprene elbow sleeves/wamers when i bench and squat. they arent tight, but they keep the joint warm, and when i put liniment on my elbows the sleeves magnify the effect of the liniment by like 400 times. i never feel any elbow pain much anymore with this combo. a few weeks ago i forgot to wear them when i squatted and my elbows and biceps were very sore all weekend, and it affected my speed bench. so id say it also helps a great deal with recovery. very worth investment. i wear the ones that nike puts out, they are cheap. i caught them on sale for 9 bucks are sportsmart one day. one of the best things ive ever bought for joint pain.
