"Usernames" and "Alter Egos"

What is the story behing your username. How did everyone come up with theirs.

Me. I tried for about a month to use probably 50 different names and none would work. So one day while trying again with no success, I looked down and was wearing a Nautica shirt (probably the only one I have) typed it in and Wah Lah! now my "Alter Ego" is Nautica.

Alright, so I was kidding...

Honestly, back in about 3rd grade, I think... There was a "mentally disabled" kid who would repeat things over and over, and so my name would sound like "willyumyumyumyumyum" when he said it. My friends at the time - kind as they were - heard him call me this, and thought it would be funny to try and piss me off and call me willyumyum (yes, they removed a few yum's) and these friends kept calling me willyumyum and it finally just stuck.... Damn, even my teachers in 5th through 8th grade called me yumyum.... Kinda freaky now that I think about it....
