lets look at total and compleat facts of life here. every race, creed, color, gender, has been at one time opressed. this is the nature of man to opress those they feel are less equal aka different. this in no way makes it right, but before african americans were ever slaves, the scots were slaves to england. the english were slave to england. the french were slaves of the monarchy, the rusian people were slaves. if any group should be upset it is the irish. in the history of america, irish were looked down upon more than african americans. once the slaves were freed, it was more easy for an african american to find a job then an irish man to find a job. all because of the steroe type that all irish were alcoholics, and drunks.
every race has its steroie types, but seems the only people complaining are blacks. all the while in my oppinion african americans are more racist twards whites then whites are to them. african american comedians get away with things that white people could not say. 90% of their acts are unable to be reversed and said by a white person.
african americans like women, have more foundations, support groups, fundraisers, colledge supporters, legal support, ect than white men ever dreampt of.
now lets look at why perhaps people in america might be a little racist. it is a fact that 78% of all african american males in this country either are in prison, have been in prison, or are on some kind of probation. over 49% of the african american citizens are on some form of government assistance. crime rates are higher in african american neighborhoods than in anyother in this country. african american schools have lower testing scores than anyother in this country. when african americans move into a neighborhood, property value goes down, and crime generally goes up.
is it right for european americans to be angry at black people as a whole, no it is not right. but put yourself in our shoes, and take a few realistic steps. it is very easy to say this person has it better than this person, but untill you lhave walked in both shoes you cant honestly know.
all other americans except for african americans are simply americans. we have our own culture, but we dont call it our culture, we simply remember where we came from. african americans as a groupe have segragated themselves from white america. by forching us to call everything african american, and forcing your culture on us as african american culture. we dont have white american culture, or white america tv chanels, nor do we have national white colldge funds, nor do we have national white american month, or day, or even hour. we dont even have an american history months as far as I know, and if we do its obviously not as celebrated as african american history month.
now let us look at the most important piece of information. 98%+ of the ships that brought slaves to america, and europe were owned by who??? not white people, but jewish white people. we did not steel african citezens and take them to another country, their tribe leaders and chiefs traded them off for rum, and other spices. your own people fucked you, not the white people. now all of that is wrong, I totally agree 100%, but it is how things were done in those times. same with the indians, the mongoluians, the list goes on. people were killed, and raped for years and years. people were also enslaved. all of this is wrong, and why it is for the most part not in effect in the civilized world. however it is how things were done in those times. we have all gotten better, and moved past it only rembering it with sotrys, movies ect. why is it that the african americans are still hanging on to the hate. its beed 40 years since the civil rights act was passed.
I do not think that rasisim truely does exist in america these days. sure in the south, and in the bible belt, there are a handful of people that are racist, but what have they dont to you personally. there will be racist and predjiced people on earth as long as we are here. accept it and move on like the rest of us have. not saying forget your past, but lets not dwell on it and blame the white people of america for every problem facing the african american population. by forcing us to see you as different from us you are forcing us to say hey black people are different than white people. as long as this goes on you will be treated differently then white people. its just a fact of life.
now lets look at the issue at heart. if a town is called niggerville usa, it is called that because of the history of this country. if nothing else should remind us as americans how wrong our country has been to your people. and how far as a country and people we have come. the word nigger meant something different then then what it does now, like many words in the englich language. I say if black people want to call eachother nigger, or nigga, or slave, or what ever then white people should be able to use it aswell. this is a free country afterall, and isnt that what you want equal rights. so if a black man can do something why cant a white man?? how racist is that on your part? to say that you have more rights then us to say or do something? if your people or the black people want to use the word nigger, then expect that whites are going to use it aswell. white people have just as much right to anything as african americans do. this is america, and you want to be equal, then live up to you word. if you dont want others using the word, then stop using it yourselves.
now lets look at howmany white steroe types are used in our culture. the sanfransisco 49ers, the raiders, st pattys day, those are just off the top of my head. if I spent as much time as african americans studying and looking for something to puff my chest out and scream racism then I am sure the list of white issues would far outweigh the list of black issues.
every race has steroe types. ittalian americans are all gangsters, african americans are unlawfull, white people are uptight/tight asses, no soul. the english have bad teeth, the irish are drunks, mexicans are illegal aliens, french are week, everyone from australia knows how to catch crocadiles, russians are big and stupid, canadiens are slow, japense take alot of pictures, chinees talk funny, wear funny cloths. the list goes on and on. these are not racist things they are predujiced steroe types made of all people, as that is the nature of humans. we see what is different about people and we catagorize them. do we do this in ever day life, not always, but a hint of it is always there, and that is what makes america such a great place is that almost everyone is different. I am not a whilte american, nor am I a native american, I am just an american. people make fun of white people all the tiem I take no offence. people make fun of native americans all the time I take no offence. I think if the african americans spent as much time trying to better their comunities as they do looking for something that is racist, this country would be alot better off. lighten up for christ sakes guys. so a few fucking places have the word nigger in them big fucking deal. it is a part of our country, right or wrong. it reminds of different times, and how things were. now if someon built a stadium today and called it the nigger stadium, then by all means protest. it was given its name long after the civilrights act was passed. why dont you spend some time trying to figure out when those places were named. i guarentee 80% if not all of them were named before 1963 when the civil rights act was passed. if it was named before then, then you have no right to bitch in my oppinion...freak
