1) steep inclines 197 for seven sets of three reps, all supersetted with bent over rows, curl bar, 215, also seven sets of three reps. concentric portions done explosively, 20 second rest between supersets. nothing to failure
2) weighted pull ups supersetted with weighted dips, two sets to failure on both
3) shrugs 277 for 3 sets of 10
done in 24 minutes, then puked in the kitty litter box. couldnt make it to the bathroom. cat is in for a big surprise.
