Updated BEAST Pics .. Full set

WalkingBeast

Elite Dementor
Platinum
Hey everyone!! Just took 117 mid-year pics, and extracted 43 of the best ones for my gallery. Ill post a good amount of them on this thread for feedback. I tried to find the best ones, but for the back shots I had trouble deciding, so Ill just post them all up. Itll be a long time before I have any leg shots worth posting, but all feedback is greatly appreciated!! Ill also post some before pics for comparisons. These pics were taken yesterday after hitting 4 PR's on flat bench. Also hit 275x17 on my third set and 380x1 near the end of my routine last week. I was 196lbs with clothes on in the pics, at 5'8. Arms are also at 18.25 last I measured which is half an inch bigger then most of the pics I posted on here, and a quarter inch bigger then my last update a few months ago. Not feeling at my largest, but the measurements and strength increases seem to contradict that. :

ThanX alot for the kind words and honest feedback brother!! Much appreciated!! Its extremely difficult for me to view myself these days. I was thinking my shoulders shrunk from the time I got injured in december, but maybe they just got smoother. haha So that means alot. Yea, the abs are likely under there somewhere! I think that will be mostly a diet issue, so it could be a while before theyre visible again! Im still taking advantage of the bulking, especially after the recent gains, and getting close to 405 on the bench. Maybe Ill add some seated cable rows for the middle back, havent done those in a while. ThanX again brother!!

shed 15 pounds of fat and youll be a machine!!

Wow...ThanX brother!! HUGE compliment coming from you! Looking FUCKING insane in the avatar! Its much appreciated!! Im glad it only looks like 15lbs!! I was concerned it was 30lbs! haha Im fucking paranoid. It seems to be mostly in my abdominal area. Ive been feeling pretty smooth lately though. I was a stick when I started though, so Im still used to being boney I think. I do like the change though. Even if Im not real lean its nice to be getting to the other side, rather then being a bone! haha Its been nearly ten years natural aside from supps so Id hope Im getting somewhere! I did run the M1T recently for 15 days on a low dose. Nasty sides. Seemed to help a little though. With the recent size and strength gains, and approaching 405 on bench it would be very difficult for me to stop bulking and shred up. Id feel real small! haha Ive never tried to lean up before and not sure how much muscle Id preserve. I think Ill try it eventually though. ThanX again brother!!

ThanX alot brother!! The kind words are much appreciated!! Its good to hear the positive feedback on the delts cuz I was convinced they had shrunk since the injury! haha ThanX again brother!!

Yes! comes from the incline benches

ThanX brother!! Yea, those inclines are one of my favorites. My front delts get sore on the flat bench also. Ive been training chest twice a week as usual. Flat bench on thursdays and Inclines and shoulders on sundays with speed bench. Im glad its bringing the shoulders back up to par!! ThanX again brother!!

You injured those shoulders? Were you tackling a truck possible? :-)
After seeing your shoulders I had to make some changes to my workout just to check out the gains

1. All dumbell flies done with thumbs in instead of palms in grip
2. more incline benches
3. dumbell front raises with palms in
4. more arnold presses
5. power cleans (as an experiment)

Keep up the good work!

YOU ARE A FUCKING BEAST!!

Holy shit!! i was going throught the first 3 pics, and i was like DAMN!! Then i saw the 4th, and i stood silent for like 10 seconds. WOW. you are a true beast. Now become a beast that is cutting. LOL. AWESOME JOB BRO.

Wow...ThanX brother!! Im glad I could motivate your training! I injured my back in december doing a 600lb beast lift, a deadlift with the bar behind the legs. Then a few days later, as soon as I could move again, I maxed out on bench and tore something else in my scapula. It started as a lower back pull/tear and then moved up to the scapula. So I was training light the second month, and no training at all the first month. Had to go light for a while. As a result I got smoother and started shrinking all around. Since then Ive been furious to get back and plan to be in better shape by march, which is the end of the year for me. Ill have end of year pics then also. Looks like a solid plan for delts!! Some of my favorites are dumbell presses, heavy dumbell lateral raises, upright rows, smith machine militaries, And Hammer Strength shoulder presses. Raises to the front are great, but I get so much front delt work from my twice a week benching and 40+ sets of chest, and also I do shoulders ontop of that. So I stick with the side raises mainly. GO KILL THAT SHIT BROTHER!!

:FRlol: :FRlol: :FRlol: ThanX alot brother!! I think Im more impressed with your post, then you are with my pics. I really wasnt expecting this type of feedback at all. Now that I posted the pics up I can notice some size differences from the old ones. Its good to see SOME progress!! Last year I made close to ZERO measurable progress whatsoever, aside from large increases in deadlift strength. Its good to be progressing again!! Even if I do feel smooth and small. As far as the cutting thing, I think it may be a while!! I couldnt deal with the size loss now, and with my goal of 405 on the benches so close, Im more focused on bringing that up. Also want to increase my size dramatically before I consider cutting. Maybe when I exceed 20" arms! ThanX again!!

From this picture, what the name of the muscle that is like above and to the sides of ur chest? but under ur shoudler?

Took some time to try and figure this one out. haha Do you mean the lats? I cant see the pic you posted, but think it may be a back shot. The lats would be the muscles that flare out under the shoulders in a back pose. Rear delts would be the rear of the shoulders right above that. Lats give that cobra appearence to the upper torso. As for the mid back muscles, Im not real familiar with all the specific names on those. Hope that helps!! ThanX again for the encouragement!!

Great progress, Beast!

1) For a minute there, I was afraid that all 47 shots were gonna be back double-bis. :)

B) You need to wash that sink full of dishes. No dessert for you until you do your chores.

III) Those delts are getting huge. Chest and arms are visibly larger too.

d) I think there's still some space left on your face for some more hardware.

:)

The old beast likes you better too brother!! The knife enters and twists into my stomache!! ThanX for the encouragement!! The thing I must know is, what did the old beast bring to the dinner table, that the new beast no longer possesses? PLEASE break it down for me!! ThanX!!

Hey WB! Wow, your arms look bigger to me and even better than before.....

LOL.. there's nothing wrong with your update pics! You wanted to gain size and the new beast def succeeded! I just prefer more lean muscle definition as opposed to being bigger and built like a brick. (oh, that knife in your stomach had a rubber blade) ;)

:FRlol: :FRlol: ThanX for the honesty brother!! The rubber blade is more painful since it has to be slowly worked into the flesh. No PAIN no GAIN though. Its still MUCH appreciated! Honest feedback is what Im looking for! I definately feel smoother then I was before the injury, but at the same time it seems Ive gained some muscle with it, and strength is increased dramatically on the benches. I may just lean out a little naturally, from changes in diet. Im sure Ill try leaning out eventually, but for a while Ill be in that bulking phase! :FRlol: :FRlol: 405 is right there now, and 19" arms are much closer then expected. One thing Im striving for is to maintain 2X bodyweight on the flat bench. And since Im still under 200 before meals, Im right around that number. ThanX again brother!!

Dam, you are a big man. That has got to feel great just shirtless and turning heads. One of the most impressive builds period. Dam, the back shot of your shoulders is like a monster. You da man!

;)

:FRlol: :FRlol: :FRlol: Your the harshest critic so far!! Yea Ive been feeling a little smoother around the shoulders. Training hard as fuck though, so once I reach some goals Ill be able to cut up later. Not a goal of mine at the moment!

Welcome to the boards brother!! Wow...ThanX alot for the kind words! The only reason I turn heads is when people are evacuating the area clutching thier children! :FRlol: :FRlol: Im not the prettiest thing out there!! Really didnt expect that type of reaction. Much appreciated!! Still got a long way to go!! Keep KILLING that shit yourself!! Make yourself at home here!!

looking at an old pic of you posing with a single bi vs a new, theres definately an increase in your tricep chest and traps. and to me it actually looks like you have less fat on your stomach :P

ThanX for the kind words brother!! Cant say I see it!! haha Might be the lighting in some pics that makes me look leaner. In some of those pics I look darker, but Im pretty pale at the moment. Dont see much sunlight! I take pictures in the same locations so that the lighting stays consistent with my other pics. Appreciate the kind words brother!! Means alot!! Keep KILLING that shit!!

If I print out every single picture up there, I can almost re-wallpaper my bathroom. ;) You're looking great Beast. Those shoulders look good enough to nibble on. I think we do need to see some leg pictures, though. Especially from the rear view. :p

Hey bro great job!!! You are a fucken beast. I know your mostly a PL compared to a BB but you look more like a BB. Your delts look bigger then the peak on your bi's which is unreal. Keep up the great work beast!!

Wow..ThanX brother!! Looking VERY thick in the last pics I saw! Means alot coming from you. Im really a mix, Ive always done alot of bodybuilding type training, but at the same time Im always trying to lift ALOT of weight. Since I havent been deadlifting , my routine is all heavy bodybuilding now for the most part. Even my bench style is BB style since I never learned the PL technique. But I do incorporate alot of PL ideas like one rep maxing and speed bench, strengthening the core, etc. ThanX alot for all the KIND words! Much appreciated!! I noticed the delts have started to over take the biceps also, the peaks. They used to be pretty even. Must be all that incline and flat benching! Keep KILLING that shit yourself brother!! TRAIN OR FUCKIN DIE!!

ThanX for the kind words brother!! Might be a while before I even consider cutting. Still in that bulking phase. Size and strength are my main goals. As it is Im still feeling way undersized. ThanX again!

Eh Walking Beast. It some of the pictures you look hairless. I have problems with getting rid of mine.

I use an Oster sideburn finisher. Got it for 70$ a few years ago. Had to replace the razor once. Its worn down a bit, so it takes longer to shave the upper body and have to spray oil in it continuously. I just like to do a good enough job so that I can see my gains, otherwise its difficult.

i must agree to that...

lower that BF down and hell man... you're gonna be perfect !

ThanX brother!! My goals are more strength and overall size for the time being. Cutting up would mean cutting strength and size now, and not looking to do that anytime soon. ThanX again!!

looking great bro, great size and great improvements. keep KILLING that SHIT!! haha

ThanX alot brother!! Id like to build a good natural base, 20" arms, 50+" chest etc, before hitting some gear, then 23+" arms should just be a matter of time. Only an inch and a half to go on the arms. Ill try to hold out as long a possible though. Dont plan to ever hit any high doses of the gear. Dont think itll be necessary. I just want to make sure Im keeping my gains steady. ThanX again brother!!

ThanX alot brother!! Im sure you know how it is. Some of us are a little sicker then others. Never satisfied. Fuck, I dont even feel normal size sometimes. :FRlol: :FRlol: I was even worse when my arms were around 16". Saw housewives as being larger then me. Fucks with my head, but keeps me driven. I have no intentions on competing ever, especially in bodybuilding. Im really just in it for personal reasons. Its gotten to the point, I couldnt live with myself being any smaller or weaker! So my goals are what I live and die for at the moment. haha Ive been suicidal before, so in my mind theres nothing to lose. Its TRAIN OR FUCKIN DIE!! But I couldnt live with anything less. Seeing myself shrink or lose strength tears me apart. So I keep pushing.ThanX again brother!! Looking thick yourself!! Keep KILLING that shit!!

Beast, the 'housewife' I saw today would have scared you. I swear her arms were close to 20"...

too bad they were 100% jello.

Even if I do feel smooth and small.

Damn man, you look huge, no where near small. Even if you didn't touch a weight for a year, you'd still be HUGE!! Anyway, I'm working onto 14" on my arms 190lb bench. Been about 9 months now and I've gone from 10" arms 60lb bench, big fucking improvement!! But I still feel very small and insignificant. I'll just keep at it and have your motiviation. I'm never satisified with any gain, only have to keep going and going and going. Alot alot of protein and carbs, keep growing baby!! I wanna live up to my screename and be a Human Wall like your a Walking Beast

Just curious, how big were your arms before you started hittin' that shit and how did you keep yourself motivated during your sticking points, sometimes it is discouraging working your ass off to see very little improvement.

ThanX for all the kind words brother!! I wish I could take a year off and feel huge!! :FRlol: :FRlol: The only time I feel pretty thick is when Im all pumped up. Also the bright gym lighting and mirrors creates nice illusions. I understand exactly where your coming from though. I estimate my arms were around 10" when I started at age 14, and I was around 105-115lbs and around the same height. I didnt measure in the very beginning, but I was a bone. Thats a great improvement in 9 months!! Gains are always much quicker in the very beginning, but that is exceptional, no doubt. Its been ten straight years now of training. Motivation was kind of hammered into me through alot of bad social experiences. Over ten years of being spit on,taunted and beat up,fucked with etc. I really see myself as more beast then human at this point. The old me was crucified long ago. I have some remnants of a good heart, dont get me wrong, but shit is all twisted in my brain now. Much of what is left, is hatred and flashbacks from the past. Now, everyday is a waking nightmare a warzone in my mind. Panic attacks and 24/7 anxiety are only a small part of my day. So thats where my motivation stems from. Its a disfunction these days and a complete obsession to be a freak. NOT a balanced life! haha I cant turn back now, so Ill train all out until Im dead. I have found stability in God though. That keeps me from fulfilling all my flesh eating fantasies. haha Youll reach your goals. Just stay consistent no matter what. Train hard always, and eat everything you can. High protein and carbs especially. Sugars wont do you much good. Trust me, I know how discouraging it can be. Ive been suicidal over this shit, and lots of other things as well! You just have to keep driving and pushing through that shit. I used to feel so small, I just wanted to die. It seemed an eternity to even get to an average size. To give you an idea, it took me over 2 straight years of training to get 14" arms!! So your already ahead of me in terms of size gains! I was not meant to be large, but like I said, I will not give into that. I also biked 7 miles to the gym and 7 miles back for years. I didnt have alternate transportation. When I was 16 I moved furniture for a year. These things, and a host of others hindered gains no doubt. All the results do add up though!! The thing that helps me to keep motivated is to chart my measurements and pictures once a year. Flexed and relaxed. You may not be able to see the results in pictures alone! I never could. So thats where the measurements come in. Stretching the tape and constantly progressing in weight and reps should be your biggest goals. Much more important then gaining weight. Ive stayed in the same weight ranges for years, but made dramatic increases in measurements and strength. I also count 1/2 and 3/4 reps as records! I dont always progress one rep at a time. Aside from charting measurements and taking pictures once a year Id reccomend a written journal. Ive filled many notebooks in the past 6 years writing down all my meals and certain details of my routines. Lately Ive been keeping 2 journals. One online and my written journal. Ive been keeping records of my entire routines now, and thats helped alot. To start though, Id write down all your meals and add up the protein at the end of each day. I used to add up carbs, calories and protein after each day, but dont anymore. I only add the protein now. You can do that if you like. Id try to keep you protrein above what you weigh, in grams. If your 170lbs for example, Id eat over 170 grams of protein a day. If your consistent with this it should be a huge factor in your growth along with hard training. Id reccomend even more food, as my old bulking diet was 4000-6000 calories a day and 500-800 grams of carbs, protein from 225-350 grams. This was when I was down to 151lbs. The more you can eat, the better. The journal is helpful in many ways. You always have a referrence to look back to and see whats worked for you. Improvements can be VERY slow sometimes! Youve only been training 9 months and have already made some dramatic gains, so you havent hit that point yet! 4 inches in less then a year is not the norm! When I hit 17" arms, it took me 4 years to get to 18". That was around 1/4 inch per year gain on the arms. So I know how it is to see little to nothing! But Ive continued to fight through it and not give in to that shit about "genetic limitations" and all of that, and just recently I hit a growth and strength spurt. Arms shot up to 18 1/2 from 17 3/4 in 6 months. Ive gained 3/4 of an inch on them in the last 6 months. Thats 3 years progress for me, compared to what it took to get from 17-18". I thought it would be much harder to get from 18-19" but its been much easier then the struggle with 17". I think changes in equipment contributed to the gains as well. Also, when I injured my back I could only focus on arms for a few months. The main thing to remember is, these plateaus dont last! Just KEEP KILLING that shit and dont back down, youll reach your goals!!

Heres a pic of me with 14" arms at 16 and maybe 160lbs:

49062revived.jpg

This was after over 2 straight years of training! Lots of people want to believe growth is quick for me, or I have great genetics. Not the case. The only thing thats genetic for me is the shape of my muscles. Peaks on the biceps etc. My uncle was a monster (23" arms 280lbs) and Ive trained with him, but he also wasnt "natural". I have been so far. Aside from supplements you can get at GNC and some M1T Ive taken off the internet recently. I became very strong in the beginning, racking machines, not because of the strength of my muscle, but the strength of my mind and ability to generate adrenaline. A big muscle isnt necassarily a strong one, I train for both.

Wow Beast, to take the time to answer me and your motivation is AWESOME!! I'm glad I'm on the right track right now as that is what I've been doing. I eat about 200 grams of protein on a good day to about 160 grams on average. I really like the chunk lite tuna for a good 30 grams of clean protein per can, I get about 60 to 90 grams of protein on those alone each day. I am using a whey protein suplement in the morning which give me 50 grams of protein. Again, Thank you for your advice and guidance :)

That picture you showed me looks about where I am right. I wish I was a little leaner though, got some fat still hanging around my mid section a little. I just did a month of cutting down and I went from 185 to 175, but still kept my strength up(except on my military press which seemed to drop?).

Thanks again Beast!! I'll keep killing that shit and you do the same!!! :chomp: :chomp:

Thanks again Beast!! I'll keep killing that shit and you do the same!!! :chomp: :chomp:

No problem brother!! Dont forget the extra carbs and to keep your calories high. Sounds like youre on the right track though. Keep KILLING that shit!!

Before to after. Good face, no muscles. To, fucked up face with piecings and big muscles. Why not just take those out, you look like a freak. No offence. Unless you get more pussy with those piercings, keep them in.

:FRlol: :FRlol: If I gave a shit Id post my pics in the fashion section. I dont train to be pretty. KILL THAT SHIT!!

Hey BEAST!!
Biceps are KILLA! Lookin like you now curl close to 100.
Triceps are just above average, which gives real mass to your arms and SERIOUSLY they are 18 inc arms? because they look like 19-21. I mean nearly Arnold style.
Shoulders are KILLA!!!! What's the weight you lateral raise? around 50+?
Chest is very well built as well, yet you bench more than the muscle mass you have. That's impressive and defines true strenghth...

WHAT ABOUT THE WHEELS?

KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DOIN!!!

ThanX alot brother!! The encouragement is much appreciated!! Ive gotten the 100's for around 4 reps on each arm, when my arms were 1/2 an inch smaller then those pics, but not strict. haha Yea triceps are my weak point. They are somehow alot stronger then they look. Id rather have them more developed as it would bring up my overall arm size a great deal and increase lockout and pressing power. They were 18 1/4" in those pics. They are closer to 19" now at 18 3/4. I plan to hit 19" in the next 2 weeks. I have some pics up of them at 18 1/2. Ill get some updates taken when I hit 19" for sure. ThanX again for the comments. When I finally do hit 21-22 they should look a good deal bigger since Im only 5'8, so 22" arms should be thick on me. Three more inches to go!! Ive done over 60 on lateral raises. ThanX, yea Ive always been much stronger then I look. Probabally has alot to do with the mental aspect. Legs suck! haha I wont bother posting pics of them until I feel they are even somewhat respectable. Im never satisfied anyway so that could be a while. I havent even been able to train them with these back issues. Theyre 26" at the highest part and just get smaller and smaller as you travel down. I dont train for symettry or proportions anyway, I just like to be an overall freak. So I take it at my own pace. ThanX again brother!! KEEP KILLING THAT SHIT YOURSELF!!

Heres a link to some of the updated pics: (None at 18 3/4 yet):
