Felt like crap because I am overworked and overstressed and hadn't eaten enough or had enough water, so all in all wasn't too bad a day all things considered.
No grape smugglers, I am only planning on getting down to 285-290 so don't think I'll be posing for anyone anytime soon. Also no pam I don't need to be greased up to scare my former classmates, at least not in the way that being coated in pam would do.
