update: primo,test-e,winny cycle with pics

I couldn't delete my old thread so I started a new one:

okay here is my update so far, I am in week10 of 16 weeks:

CYCLE:
week1-16
test-e: 250mg/E5D (every 5th day)
week1-8
winstrol: 100mg/E2D
week6-16:
primobolan: 300mg/week
clen/t3 used sparingly


STATS:
weight: 186lbs (stayed about the same)
height: 5"9
waist size: before 37", currently 35", goal 33"

nice results. you had a couple of nice cycles now. have you noticed any thing from the clen . im running it along with pct now. its hard to tell if im dropping water or fat, but my morning weight is around 4 lb lighter after 5 days

thanks man, that's actually a strong point of mine, now if only I could get the mid-section that tight it would be sweet.

I am still deciding on clen whether its effective, because last year when I ran it it felt more effective but this year I dont feel it as much. I only like it because I can switch between using regular ECA and clen every 2 weeks so the body doesnt't adjust as quickly.
 
ok I had to tweak my diet:
I started to do my cardio on an empty stomach now, rather than a toast and peanut butter (as I was doing before). I will update in 7 days on fat loss.

are you arab? because I am and I seem to have a VERY similar build to yours (in the before pics)

anyways it looks like you have an endomorphic build, you probably carry most of the fat in the legs right? any pics of them?

and id really appreciate if you could post up the diet, im guessing it was low carb?

im definately gonna try a cycle like this sometime

I am definately an endomorph, and I will post my diet shortly but its pretty much based on Tom Venuto's "Burn the fat feed the muscle" book.
 
oh, cool, im actually half palestinian/half american, I seem to have the EXACT same body type as you and im having trouble keeping fat off, I always have love handles and usually most of my fat goes to my legs/glutes, is it the same for you?

any diet tips or training tips though?
and what are you looking like now? more cut or less?

I actually have no fat on my legs, they have always been cut, I'll post some pics shortly. As for diet/training tips I find the best thing for me is to eat 5-6 meals daily and keep the carbs low and I take 1 teaspoon of peanut butter with each meal so I dont feel burned out. My trainings are short and sweet now (max 1hour). I mix my cardio and weights at the same time. I will jog for 7-10minutes and then immediately do 6-7 sets of weights at moderate weight (1 set per body-part). Then I repeat the cardio/weights another 2-3 times. The name of the game for me is intensity. When I was younger I spent much more time per body-part but now I like it short and sweet. Bodywise I am about the same as the above posted pics. I will post pics as soon as I get around to it...good luck man.

I had the turkish 100mg ampules but I personally think they were fake. I ended up stopping them after a few weeks. The label just didn't look right. Regarless I think I will stick to test/winny cycles because I know they are real. Sorry I cant offer more help
 
i am curious was this before or after your winny only cycle? what hav you done lately? and were you able to maintain the nice base?
