been 4 weeks sine the sugry (bad bbreak on my right arm)
got a smaller removable cast put on. my right arm looks like i havent lifted a weight in my life
surpisingly the rest of my body is maintaing decent for no lifting and the fact im off cycle
thinking im def gunna need to run some gh....the break is bad may need to be in the cast another
2 months...mentalyy i dont think i can handle no activity for that long
