These numbers conhfuse me. Like it's a chick or something. If this is true, then an American doctor can go to norway and make millions.

How do you figure that? If a doctor wants to practice in Norway, he's essentially a government employee with a fixed pay schedule.
Back in the late 1990's, I used to work with some cardiac surgeons at Papworth Trust outside Cambridge in the UK. They could do four CABG procedures in a day per OR and the doctors were making what would be $80K-$120K per year.
