3 Week mito update - @Unitedau
Slu332, Nad+, ss31 pre workout - energy and drive are up, recovery is better, body is recomping, waist staying the same as weight climbs, just feel good overall, the nad and ss31 have only been in 3 weeks and can take a little longer for full effect
Reta - can’t say enough about Reta, makes food choices perfect, no problems eating at all, helps with blood markers and overall health
HGH - I’ve always wanted the sleep benefit that others have mentioned with Hgh but always ended up wired, high heart rate ,crap sleep, but not anymore, it’s been along process but I’ve sorted my test/eq ratio out, fixed e2 ,fixed my sleep and 4 nights ago started administering HGH at night and sleep/recovery has been fantastic, like I said , it’s been along process but well worth it
5 amino 1MQ - I was pairing this with hgh in the morning, fasted before walking,resulting in good energy levels, endurance and now that I’ve shifted the hgh, I might split the Slu332 dose and combine it with the 5 amino for the fasted morning walk
***Overall it’s been a massive win incorporating this mito stack into my current protocol, plenty off positives, no sides, blood markers good , couldn’t be happier

I haven’t used Reta, my bro. The Tirz is for my wife who is currently on Reta, but she prefers Tirz for the appetite suppression. She has seen great success with both compounds.
I did use Tirz for a short stint (4 weeks) about 2 years ago, at the end of a cut and I did like it. But I don’t have a lot of personal experience using it.
Recently it’s actually gained popularity again. People pairing it up with Reta or as a standalone product.
Individually dose dependant, all protocols I have heard from customers and close friends has had a custom approach, usually their typical retatrutide and 5mg on top to suppress hunger.
I can understand why, if you are after the appetite suppression - based purely on the comparison my wife has described to me.
It makes sense. It’s dependent on the individual I guess. What a power house combining the two if you were looking to suppress appetite.
