I'm up to sixty second rounds from barely being able to hit ten continuous reps after a week of skipping. I'd like to build myself up to 3 minute then 5 minute rounds. If you can skip for five minutes straight, then you're a bad mfer.
Rope skipping is super under rated and very fun.
Anyone else besides radar do these regularly?
