I have been putting alot of thought into what I am about to say or rather attempt it will be a long road and a difficult one, I don't know whether I will win or lose or succeed. I will give it my best shot.

This will be one of the hardest things I will have ever faced in my fitness journey and I honestly never saw the potential of stepping on stage..... then I ran a Para Pharma cycle and I saw how much just a little can do, and I was bitten by the thought of competing and it has been eating away at me and won't leave my thoughts, that tells me I can't let it go and I have to try.

I have decided I would like to step on stage and compete in Men's Physique in and step on stage in the amateur arena of body building.

Things I don't want to do Tren 😂 I might not have a choice if I am to try and step on stage at some point.

Running this para pharma cycle and seeing the changes and my possible genetic potential, I feel I would be wasting a possible chance and opportunity to try and do something with my love for bodybuilding and the gym.

My time line for stepping on stage from the time of posting this I want to say 2 years long end 1 year on the short end.

Possibly hire a coach at some point if I can swing the money, not sure how far I will get on my own trying to do a show.


My plan going forward after this cycle finishes is as follows.



1. Take proper time off
2. Plan my second cycle
3. Contiune down the path of dedication/100% commitment

4. Try earn and achieve my dream/goal of competing in men's Physique as an amateur. ( maybe more if i can win enough shows I will take it further if possible)

5. No matter the outcome win or lose force growth by going through something that not only scares the hell out of me, but is also uncomfortable to force growth, mental and physical.

6. I can say I had what it took to step on stage and do myself and the community proud win or lose.

Yeah I think about it everyday off and on throughout the day, I'm already fucking nervous just posting what I posted because it is alot of pressure, which I can handle, just afraid is all, I need to do this I need growth I need to see if I have what it takes to do this and if I never try I will forever be a failure, I need to take the risk and go for this.
 
if you have stage fright then nobody is forcing you to do it.
Being afraid is a good thing, for growth of course it is because I've never attempted to step on stage before or compete, I feel it's natural to feel that way, doesn't mean I won't try or give it my best and have fun

I just Want to clarify something for everyone following me, me being scared of something new and having to take my body and mind to places I haven't before is scary naturally.

What being scared isn't is me ducking or running from it, I just like to share my true feelings and thoughts in my log journal.

I am very much committed to doing my first show and make it a reality, facing difficulties is how growth happens.

Make no mistake thr goal is the stage the ultimate goal is winning a show and trying to crush this shit once I'm more seasoned with practice patience and experience. I did not put all this time into my log and cycle for nothing, realizing my potential I'm going for it to chase a dream.

I believe in staying humble and respectful while also learning and expanding my perspective, this is all a learning experience for me as this is me going all in for myself and the community.

If I fail I fail lessons and success come with failure , u do it again and again and again till you get it right and u don't fail.

I also got some photos, Mobster might be happy I finally put the camera down 😁 I am sure he will find something to say 😂

One thing I am happy about is shoulder veins are starting to pop again which makes me excited my favorite vascularity is in my front delts.

Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, especially during intense workouts... and allow your muscles to recover with adequate sleep and rest days.

Injection day today all went very smokyh I to the left side delt. 100mg test
200mg primo Para pharma gear draws so effortlessly and goes in just the same, got to love it.

My goal is to pull 500lbs by the end of the year guessing the bar weighs 20lbs 5 45lb plates each side I pulled 470lbs today which is a new PR, I tried making gifs and highlights but no matter how I trimed it up file was to large so I made a catalog style photo instead start to finish of the lift.

overall i felt great and everything was clicking and while im almost done with my cycle maybe 2 injections left before both vials are empty.

i have come a hell of a long way and made progress i thought only could be attained in my dreams, para pharma and ugfreak.to really are helping my dreams turn into reality as i embark down this long road and journey towards Men's Physique.

Overall this cycle and the gear is 100/100 pure quality potent quality and above all 100% clean and crisp gear.

The para pharma difference is something you just have to experience for yourself, im living proof or what the para pharma difference is and can do for you.

Just looking at my video of this lift and my photos this small cycle of just 625mg has completely transformed me in 12 short weeks, looking back on all my photos and progress I feel I look like a completely different person.

Bros good job I can tell you're also training your legs just as hard as upper body
Indeed without the leg training and core training I do I couldn't lift that without it legs are super important for growth

The gear 1000% works and has been nothing short of fucking fantastic and has taken me ro new heights the entire cycle it's been improvement after improvement the entire way, that is why I call it the para pharma difference!

Today I decided to do some volume work on chest, overall i felt really dialed in again and my workout went excellent.

Also om fucking excited because my front delt veins always pop like crazy when I get lean and they are coming in so nicely right now I'm fucking excited for that, vascularity since increasing primo dose has been much more noticeable. I will attach a photo to show that I took today.

I am super sad the cycle is coming into a close very soon, I really don't want to come off , but I know I have to come off and do this right, my gains in size and strength have gone way way up, even though I've been eating in a deficit this entire cycle and tracking everything, it seems my cut turned more Into a recomp show how.

I'm thinking it could be the fact I have powerful compounds in my body and my body is reacting to the compounds by growing in size and strength.

I am not complaining by any means because I look so much better now then I did when I started almost 12 weeks ago the progress has been stellar imo.

Looking back at the beginning of my log and comparing it with now, I've gotten a heck of alot stronger in my lifts. I typically don't train for strength, but man this para pharma gear from ugfreak.to most be something fucking potent in quality because I'm telling u my lifts exploded and no significant slowing down in that process even now at the tail end.

I Rack pulled 470lbs and at this point 315-355lbs etc feels lite to me which is crazy to even say because it never felt lite ever before getting on cycle with para pharma.

I have a feeling if I stick to the program and keep busting my ass and utilizing para pharma gear, my goals of stepping on stage and winning one day in men's physique could become a real reality for me.

This cycle has 1000% been a complete success and I am having a ton of fun doing this!

Thank you for the constant support brother, the goal and the dream is to get myself to the point of being able to take a men's show, get to the stage is goal 1 goal 2 is win a show and goal 3 is aiming for a few shows a year to see if I have what it takes to reach a level of success over time.

I decided to do a couple Calf photos plus i have got a new vein in my one leg that pops now so had to show it lol, today just for fun and I haven't shown legs or Caves so I tossed some gym photos of those in as well for everyone.

( I am well aware my legs are a shit size wise for my frame and way my upper body grows. 😂 as I've stated multiple times my legs get strong and lean size never really happens, clearly I train legs with what I can Rack pull plus I post leg workouts every week ) I can't explain it because I blast them but they just tone up and get lean and strong , genetics I tell ya 😂

Today was another banger of a workout and I had alot of fun doing it. I am disappointed tomorrow is injection day because it might very well be my last injection of the entire cycle.

I've been tossing this idea around in my head of taking 4-8 weeks off cycle and figuring out what I need to run next for my journey into men's physique and jumping back into another mild cycle.

I haven't a damn clue what I should run next, but I'm my thought process is along these lines for possible cycle ideas.

Boldenone400/Mast
Test 200mg a week Boldenone 200mg a week & Mast at 300 a week was one idea.

My other idea was Test 250mg a week Mast 400mg a week and Var or Tbol at 50mg a week. ( not sure how I feel about running orals ) I kind of prefer injectable compounds after starting on those I might just stick that route.

I would ideally like to run para pharma again for my next cycle as I've had shuch fantastic results and a super clean and easy cycle with para, im comfortable running para pharma and feel that is the right choice for me and my next cycle After how great this log went while utilizing para pharma gear.


if needed run Arimidex at .5mg a week 1mg max if needed. Ideally id like to keep away from wet compounds in high doses, i know EQ can increase appetite but self control is key and diet and the right foods, things can change of course this is just what I have in my head at the moment for cycle ideas.

That isn't set in stone and I know some will and some won't agree with only 4 weeks off, which is completely understandable.

I can't help but think if i am going to make a run at a show and actually winning a show, I might have to sacrifice the length of time off cycle, I could be wrong in that thinking and logic, I feel atleast in the next 4-8 weeks 8 weeks being the longest off cycle. I need to get back onto cycle to progress forward for my dream and my goals, this could change depending on how I'm feeling and looking, blood work looks good so far etc.

Looking at my latest update mast wouldn't make sense since I'm not sub 10% bodyfat I just thought I'd get some added benefit running it as and AI, I could just run Arimidex.

I've heavily considering the following for a cycle

Test at 250mg a week
EQ at 300mg a week
Primo at 400mg a week.
Arimidex. 5mg a week split Monday/Friday. 25mg a dose possibly 1mg If needed on the high end.

Still undecided how I feel about and oral if anything I'd pick var or tbol in place of EQ if I went that route

It's really difficult trying to plan and figure out where to go from here now that I have committed to stepping on stage, everything has to be done correctly and in the proper order as this is a whole new ball game now.

Just some late night thoughts racking my head so I figured I'd post it up.

Today is injection day 100mg test 200mg primo, I had a very small amount of primo left so sadly primo is all gone and done, test I still have a few injections left with the para pharma test so I will finish that up over the next week or 2, the cycle is almost officially over.

Couple things to note since starting cycle in July I've put on 10lbs of muscle mass my weight officially is 220lbs at 5'11 I'm holding at 15% bodyfat according to the body scan I had done today.

My body mass index dropped from 41.9 down to 34.1 I can comfortably fit and wear size 32/34 inch jeans now. I've decreased my bodyfat from 21% down to 15% when in July my skeletal muscle mass was 97 it is now sitting at 108.

As I said before somehow my cut turned into a recomp even with eating in a deficit and restricted carb intake.

I feel very good with how far I've come with my para pharma cycle I feel I've done my very best day in and day out week after week and I loved every second of my cycle and first officially gear log.

So after so heavy thought I've decided on what I think would be my next ideal cycle I feel it fits my goals for the long term and for men's physique.

Ive made up my mind, This will be the official cycle and layout this is not gonna change with my compounds or mg amounts, running multiple compounds I'm gonna try and keep simple and I don't feel I'm being abusive with my compounds and mg amounts.

300 Test a week
300 EQ a week
300 Primo a week
AI= Arimidex .5mg-1mg a week

( possibly 50mg of tbol a day for 6 weeks) I am undecided on including the tbol here and running and oral I want to but am on the fence about it)

I know for certain those mg amounts for the 3 Injectables will be run for my next official log and cycle.

The goal is try to get between 10%-12% body fat in the meantime while back on trt maybe deploy some GW for 12 weeks to see if it can get me into that range or close to it.

Injection went smoothly into the right delt today as is always the case with the para pharma difference and experience.

Today and tomorrow are my off days and back at it on Wed, I should be back down into trt levels within a few weeks time here, I am undecided on whether I want to go back to the compounding cream or use the 10ml vial of unopened test cyp I still have laying around, if I did that I'd probably do 125mg a week and call it good.

Decided I was gonna switch it up a bit today and didn't focus on how much weight I could move, today was more about the pump abd exhausting the muscles. Training went great today and It felt good being back into the gym after 48 hours off.

Definitely did not want this cycle to end because it's been a fun ride, I gained a good amount in size and muscle definition along with much improved vascularity.

According to the body scan I'm currently holding at 220lbs and 15% bodyfat. So I'm happy with the results considering I was bit over 20% body fat when I started my cycle.

My body 100% responds to primobolan greatly in strength muscle quality and size along with vascularity, it's impressive what just adding primo into a almost trt level of testosterone can really do.

Ugfreak.to & Para Pharma helped me get the most out of my first official cycle and it was clean, easy and side effect free.

On my road to the stage I feel confident stepping my next cycle up a notch, still going to keep my compound doses low- moderate and use more mild compounds again because I love low risk of sides high risk of positive gains and outcomes.

I hope if I proved one thing it is that being a new person running a cycle you don't need much at all to gain alot, I feel I can get away with this for a long time if I do this correctly and keep doses more conservative while still bumping the doses up and add few more compounds in to gain more experience and test what might and might not work for me and my body.

Will be back on my trt dose very soon here off for 12 weeks than back onwards into my second cycle.

I also have fasted bloodwork on February 6th with my endocrinologist as to what is planned in the future by that time all compounds should be clear from my system.


My official second cycle for my road to the stage will be as follows When its time to jump back on after time off.

I really enjoyed primo it was everything I thought it would be I am happy I picked that for my first run. I got a long way to go imo before the stage, one day we will be on it.

This Injection is my last official Injection and the cycle got completed today and comes to a close.

Now I have to figure out, do I wait a few weeks before going back to the compounding cream I use for trt to let the current compounds clear my system first, or should I wait a week and than go back and use my trt cream.

I couldn't agree more brother ugfreak.to is hands down a class act and has been very supportive of me and the cycle, truly this has been a success all around for ugfreak and the high quality para pharma that I had the opportunity in running. Para pharma is insanely good! I agree the log the pics the lifts I hit all show how great the quality really is.

I will definitely go back into trt in 5 days, just didn't want to complicate things so figured I would ask when unsure.
