Definitely don't no symptoms at all the entire cycle, I was just confused when I was told I need dex and I have gyno, probably just the photo view is what it is.

Monday first injection day of the week for myself. 125mg test c 200mg primo loaded up into the syringe. I will most likely go into the side delt today and rotate left/right as last week I rotated between left/right ventro glute.

( I've shown these photos before but I wanted to put them side by side showing how I looked at the start of cycle mid point of cycle and towards the end of my cycle. ( first 3 top photos are starting cycle into the mid way point, bottom 3 photos are towards me coming to the end of my cycle soon )

Down below is the picture of my entire bottle layout for this test and primo cycle, it is sad that it will be coming into its end in a few short weeks. I will be cracking open the last remaining bottle of primo on friday for my last injection of this week.

I thought it would be neat capturing the essence of all the empty bottles on the outside and the last two usable bottles in the middle of the empties with a loaded syringe in front of the two remaining usable bottles.

I've learned alot along the way being my first cycle and overall I feel more confident heading into the future with cycles down the line.

I feel as though mild compounds and dht compounds are my sweet spot as the sides for me have been zero negative for the entire cycle very smooth and easy running a test and primo cycle.

Para Pharma gear has been exceptional for myself with added growth, strength and mental clarity, focus and above all a boost in determination and drive.

I could typically push myself no problem and drive/motivation was never lacking for me, I just needed to touch on the fact since utilizing Para Pharma gear it has morphed into new heights and levels I never thought I could achieve or would be possible for my physical and mental performance in and out of the gym setting.

Logging has always helped me grow as a person and furthermore increased my knowledge so I can turn around and reach/help more people in the community.

Putting myself aside another driving factor of doing a first cycle was so i can truly understand how these compounds feel and act in the body, this way i can help offer assistance for others who are in the same boat, maybe i can make it a bit easier for them jumping into this correctly.

I am extremely pleased with the growth and learning of this entire process, sometimes you need that firsthand experience in life.

The Para Pharma difference is how I offen refer it as is for me a very realistic thing and I have no doubt in my mind, anyone who decides they will utilize Para Pharma will also experience the Para Pharma difference and see the words I put into this log physically become a reality for them like it has for me.

I know people say primo is expensive for what it is and while I can't dispute this, I will say this for anyone who thinks primo is a waste of time and not worth the price, I will post down below two photos.

I know most of you have seen these photos before and that is OK, this is for the ones who possibly lurk and view but don't post up or comment so I can show u the difference from just trt when I started my cycle till now almost done with my cycle in a few weeks time, the growth has been drastic, so for anyone calling it weak I feel it's just not true, sure it's not tren but primo isn't trying to be tren its doing what it does best with proper diet and training being a complete complimentary piece when paired with testosterone for a cut or a recomp situation.

before I get into my cooking update i wanted to touch on the replies yesterday on my log, i am unclear why a few kept telling me i have gyno and use nolvadex asap, guys i havent had gyno or one single symptom of gyno this entire cycle, so i am confused if maybe the angle made it look weird or you are seeing fat i need to lose, but i 100% do not have gyno nor any symptoms not even once.

just wanted to clear the air on that, now onto my cooking update 💪


I picked this bad boy up from targert tonight pretty neat looking all digital read out auto shut off and does a bunch of different things.

I got tired of cleaning pan after pan after pan every day for prepping since my old air fryer broke, I can happily say not anymore now it's just clean this and my meal prep containers

currently a little after 8pm and I'm cooking my 90/10 beef, 93/,7 beef and my turkey for tomorrow so I got my meals ready.

Decided tonight I was gonna do a bit of a cheat meal and eat out as I was on the go today, I didn't do terrible I did broasted chicken one wing one thigh and one leg cup of green beans and a small cup of fruit and before that I had 2 low calorie yogurts so i did not go over and blow my diet out the water just a little taste really before its back to strict diet. Typically I allow one small cheat meal a week and that is all.

Tomorrow it's 3 cups mix veggies 2lbs beef 1lb is 90/10 other 1lb is 93/7 and 1lb 93/7 tukery
Roughly 2187 calories 255g protein bit over 100g of fat and around 40-50g carbs.

just wanted to do a quick diet update and report something on my off day and show off the new cooking hack to make my prepping a breeze now 💪

One of my favorite quotes and how my state of mind works as to why other than the drugs I can push onto a place on the fringe and go into overdrive with how I train. I just wanted to share that.


" if you think the price of winning is expensive you have never seen the price of the bill that comes with regret"

( I think of this quote when I am pushing trying to leave it all in the gym and ask myself what did u do in the gym today?

Today was excellent in the gym, felt really good and everything was hitting the way I wanted it for the weights and reps today.

No pip in the left delt that I injected into on Monday took all 2.5ml no problem.

Para pharma gear goes in so smooth loading and putting into the muscle seamless experience for ease of use.

Definitely can feel the increase in endurance and strength benefits by bumping the primo into 400mg a week.

No negatives for me to report on mood body or day to day.

One positive I've noticed is upping the dose has really helped me in a mental way as far as my concentration and performance goes with pushing myself further, and also in a physical manner.

I'm starting to notice with a pump in the gym veins are popping up in different places which looks super awesome and makes me feel good seeing them pop and getting more of them showing.

Increasing into 400mg primo was definitely the correct move and I feel absolutely normal can't even tell I increased from 200mg a week into 400mg a week, other than where it counts which is in the gym.

It would be super strange if I had gyno running low test with primo and now even higher primo.

After I read the replies I took and updated photo of my chest that Monday night.

the one that looks like no gyno is my most up 2 date chest photo. Who knows maybe mid way through the cycle I had it and it went away as those photos all together was mid way through cycle.

I have lab work coming up on October 2 no doubt my endocrinologist is probably gonna freak out when my labs come back 😂 hopefully other than having super high testosterone levels the rest of my numbers look normal or slightly above normal range. I know primo can be forgiving with lab numbers so we will find out a few days after October 2. I am not to worried she might be upset that I went on a cycle but she is very nice so It shouldn't be and issue and even if it was long term I could just run para pharma test for trt and pulls bloods etc it won't come to that though.


Today went very well other than these two women carrying around a tripod and filming when the gym was busy, smh spent more time setting shots up then they actually put any quality work in 😂 first time I seen people trying to flim at my gym, it looks goofy.

As far as training goes it went excellent and I was pleased with my bicep and tricep work today.

The para pharma pump all cycle has been insane and I love it can't say enough great things about the para pharma difference.

Ok that one hit me in the feels 😂 guilty of solo gym photos of myself for my log lol, the filming thing is just weird I will never understand it, doing that would kill my workout and being in the zone setting up a camera each time etc .

Primo does have anti estrogen properties
Yeah it does and maybe I just needed to run it higher than 1:1 the beauty of experimenting and finding what works is key, within reason

Overall total 625mg combined

Went into the right side delt as monday I utilized the left side delt.
About to mix my non stimulate pre workout get in the car and make my way into the gym.

Will update later after my workout, I got my meals prepared last night for today so we are right on track for today.

I truly hope my labs look good as far as reference ranges nothing super high or super low somewhere in the middle hopefully.

I can tell cutting carbs is catching up some with how I feel as far as energy but it's nothing I can't work through and make progress we aren't gonna feel super comfortable every single day, growth happens when the chips are down and you have to fight for it.

Overall I had a great back workout today and I felt I put alot of work, even went up in sets and reps and a new pr for rack pulls.

Today is 1lb of tukery 1lb of 93/7 lean beef as well as brought a carton of liquid egg whites with me for work and 4 cups of green beans going with my beef and turkey meals.

I truly hope my labs look good as far as reference ranges nothing super high or super low somewhere in the middle hopefully.

Alright guys I really had to hustle today so I can get it done, I woke up in a terrible mood and everything was just getting on my nerves, could be because of cutting carbs plus cardio and I didn't sleep great last night about 5-6 hours I typically average 7-8 for sleep.

I hate days like this because it is a mother fucker on the mindset, the beauty in this setback is this, I know days like this would be coming, you can A be a bitch or B do the fucking work, today we got the fucking work done, I had 30 minutes tops to hit chest if I wanted to get my 40 minutes of cardio in.

I am currently doing Incline cardio as I type this out to post for my log, I also got some gym photos so it was dead today I wouldn't be bothering anyone.

All the speeches I listen to the dedication I have, my mind didn't want to do the work today it said skip it just do cardio just skip it, my heart said fuck that fo the damn worm don't leave the gym a loser you are on a committed journey, so I followed my heart and soul and dug deep to shake this stupid negative mental side of me today and we did the damn thing.

Yeah now we just got to keep working to make the other body parts become blessed by forcing growth, we will see how I fair down the line. I will give it my best shot and contiune working.

The goal is one day stepping onto statge as and amateur and trying to compete. I want the experience of what that feels like I also want to grow from something difficult and terrifying like stepping on stage.

I have bloods being pulled tomorrow on October 2 so we will see how I fair in the next few days when the results start rolling in. I had pre bloods done before cycle as well, be interesting to see what has changed with my markers.

Today was legs/caves/cardio/abs

Training fasted on leg day kicks the absolute shit out of me and I always want to puke by the end of my workout lol.

I was completely spent after today, I felt I made great strides and I felt good, I've gotten my knee strong enough that I can go to depth for squatting with back/front squat, small victory so I've been working on doing that lately with squatting.

I squatted last today so I could make it alot harder on myself forcing my mind to push my body past possible limitations.

I didn't push weights super high today for weight I focused on constant rep changes and a few set changes today.

I am starting to see improvements in my legs not where I need or want to be but I'm seeing them take shape more than before.

I've enjoyed this log so much and running para pharma just as much that I am already dreaming at night when I have down time what compounds I will try and utilize next for my second cycle and trying to get and idea and pre plan a bit so I have a plan when it is time to execute.

Para Pharma has really helped speed up thr process of growing and shaping my body i am leaps and bounds ahead of where I was with just trt, a little has truly gone a long way. I like to think having potent high quality gear from para pharma provided by Ugfreak.to has been the difference with my success so far.

It shows that heart, dedication, commitment and push to break all limitations along with proper diet and training has made all the difference as the para pharma is the icing on the cake to tie it all together.

I have bloods being pulled tomorrow on October 2 so we will see how I fair in the next few days when the results start rolling in. I had pre bloods done before cycle as well, be interesting to see what has changed with my markers.

Today was legs/caves/cardio/abs

Training fasted on leg day kicks the absolute shit out of me and I always want to puke by the end of my workout lol.

I was completely spent after today, I felt I made great strides and I felt good, I've gotten my knee strong enough that I can go to depth for squatting with back/front squat, small victory so I've been working on doing that lately with squatting.

I squatted last today so I could make it alot harder on myself forcing my mind to push my body past possible limitations.

I didn't push weights super high today for weight I focused on constant rep changes and a few set changes today.

I am starting to see improvements in my legs not where I need or want to be but I'm seeing them take shape more than before.

I've enjoyed this log so much and running para pharma just as much that I am already dreaming at night when I have down time what compounds I will try and utilize next for my second cycle and trying to get and idea and pre plan a bit so I have a plan when it is time to execute.

Para Pharma has really helped speed up thr process of growing and shaping my body i am leaps and bounds ahead of where I was with just trt, a little has truly gone a long way. I like to think having potent high quality gear from para pharma provided by Ugfreak.to has been the difference with my success so far.

It shows that heart, dedication, commitment and push to break all limitations along with proper diet and training has made all the difference as the para pharma is the icing on the cake to tie it all together.

Today Is Injection day I have to hold off until after my bloodwork is taken and I get back home.

I figured I would update and share some old photos of me when I got into the best shape of My life, at the time I never thought about competition. Fast forward years later and my new doors and possibilities that have opened up.

I would like to toss my hat in the ring and try competition in the men's physique category of body building that is my goal moving forward. I would like to compete by the end of next year or by the latest 2 years from now depending how my body looks and shapes up.

This will be a hard goal but I feel it will be an achievable one if I contiune the path I am currently on and my mindset stays strong. I feel I will probably run many more logs as I attempt to take this journey on, if I fail I fail and that fails on my shoulders, at the end of the day I need to try I need to say I infact did that, I mentality and physically had what it takes to just step out onto a stage and do something extremely uncomfortable for growth.

These photos are before things happened in my country and I got into really bad shape as far as a time line goes, which leads to current day and why I titled my original trt log " road to redemption"

Hopefully when I post these older photos out you guys can get and idea of how my natural genetics and body shape looks when I cut weight down to get shredded.

Lowest I ever weighed was 170lbs best shape imo was between 195-210lbs.

The majority of the almost 10 years I trained I used nothing but creatine at the very tail end when I felt I tapped out my genetics I ran two sarms stacks so I am upfront and clear on that.

I've never had or hired a coach for prep I did this on my own with countless hours and hours of learning and researching on my own. When I first started I was 245lbs sloppy not training, I slowly cut down into 170lbs over the years then focused on lean recomp to put on size during the last few years of my training where I reach 210lbs I did it a few lbs at a time would hold the weight for months about 5lbs at a time give or take then repeat the process, at the time cardio never stopped I hit it 4-5 days a week during that phase mostly Stair Stepper for and hour a day ontop of 2 hour weight workouts during that time.

Ive learned alot about my body over the years and with logging it has truly been a blessing sharing my entire journey with everyone and it has helped me do and become better along the way.

Just wanted to post something of value and something that is very meaningful to me with how hard i worked to look how i did and to transform back then, that is what im working on getting back to looking like for the long term hopefully. I wanted to post this into the log today and keep it rolling with updates.

Injection went good 200mg primo 125mg test c into the right ventro glute Injection went smooth and easy as it has been known to be with Para Pharma gear.

Sad I'm about half way through the last bottles of test and primo, it has been a fun ride for my first cycle thus far.

I have a long way to go still and will need more low/moderate cycles in the future to get to the amateur body building arena/stage.

If I'm gonna try and make a run at a show and try to win one, I will do a longer style log documenting my entire journey and run to the stage as I enjoy logging, plus I think everyone would enjoy it as well.

Men's Physique is the division I've been eyeing up and think I would have the best possible shot in. I don't want to be a freak I don't want to be a mass monster, I want lean vascular and shredded.

Personally nothing I think I could look great between 195-220lbs nothing under nothing over at 5'11 for my height.

I hit legs very hard but I feel genetics wise my legs just don't stand out and get big they just get more defined and stronger, with that said wearing board shorts and not having legs judged I feel would be my best opportunity at being competitive as and amateur trying to win a show, which I hope to accomplish in the next 2 years hopefully in 1-2 years I can be show ready or good enough to compete.

regardless i still train legs hard and will always train legs no matter what and try to work on all genetic weak points, i dont skip bodyparts just not my style.

Creatinine is the worst one as far as the pannel goes, not sure why. July 3rd the number was 1.15 October 2 the number is 1.37 for a comparison.

Yeah I've noticed my AST always goes a bit high, seems running gear so far it is way better and lower than when I ran my sarms stacks my AST was way higher with them.

I haven't been running n2guard with it, im running a bunch of different vitamins and minerals along with organ and liver stuff atm.
