So opening this post today I will say compared with yesterday I came out strong I came out pumped and I put on one hour of quality lifts for leg day today.

I can say I almost felt sick by the end of it lol, I very much enjoy Leg days like that. The one option I have for legs that isn't a Smith Machine is the hammer strength leg Press. Last week when I hit 540ish lbs for 15 I knew I had much more in me and today the gym was not busy so I went for it.

I started with 4 45lb plates each side and worked my way up into 9 45lb plates each side which is 810lbs total weight pushed for 12 quality reps, I definitely feel I could push 1000lbs as 810 went up like butter for me, only down side is only enough room for 9 45lbs on each side. I was excited regardless moving 800lbs today.

I switched up my routine and did leg Press first and back/front Squats last in my workout today and it paid off, after pressing that much weight all my other lifts today went up so damn easy it wasn't even funny. I feel today was just one of those days everything was feeling good everything was clicking.

Typically the arthritis in my right knee bothers me really bad on leg days, today my right knee didn't bother me one bit, I think alot of it is the fact I no longer weigh 245lbs I'm closer into the 200lb range , overall my entire body and mind is starting to feel really good and happy and I am doing way better than when I first started this journey with my logs.

I've always felt my best being closer around 195lbs-210lbs I feel lite I feel well built and I can be more athletic that way.

I had shuch crazy Quad activation today by the time I hit cardio my legs felt pumped out of control and like limp rubbery mess, I loved it though that spent feeling was great lol.

Cardio I did 40 minutes but very slow because my legs wanted to give out on my the entire time but it was worth it, I need to find ways for forcing growth and not do the same machines all the time and not get comfortable, being uncomfortable is when the growth happens the most.

For the first time in months I actually felt comfortable squatting and I hit a 315lb squat for 10, definitely could have added more weight but I didn't, my knee felt good at 315lbs so I stopped at that weight. I immediately went from back squatting into front squat and I was actually able to go lower than the bench and reach full depth, which I was always afraid to do because of my knee, but I needed to try I needed to go for it and keeping front squat at 145lbs I did full range everytime pass the bench seat that Typically I touch and pause on the seat before going back up in the movement.

Those are my thoughts for the day.

Today is injection day and I've hit a cross roads in my mind, i am sitting here looking at my para pharma bottles and seeing I only have 3 bottles left for my cycle two opened that I've been utilizing and one final unopened bottle of primo.

I keep thinking as I look at the bottles I have enough left and enough time left that I need to see and find out what is possible and what I can achieve for the remainder of my cycle and push myself more than I already have been.

Sitting here looking at the syringe I just loaded up and I can't help but wonder how the muscle will react with taking what I loaded up into it.

This whole cycle I've kept my test at 200mg a week and my primo at 200mg a week. I've come to the decision that pretty soon I will be on just my trt dose and taking time off for proper recovery. I want to push myself so I can look my best with before and after photos for my cycle when it comes to a close.

I am telling everyone this because for the reminder of the cycle I will be utilizing 300mg of primo instead of the 200mg a week I've been on, this jump is nothing crazy, i just know I will have a better more noticeable cosmetic increase at 300mg of primo vs 200mg, with primo being on the more mild side I feel I can make this jump in mg amount, if I find out I can't handle it it immediately goes back down into 200mg a week of primo instead of 300mg a week.

I am not upping the primo to get stronger or achieve anything of that nature I purely want to experiment within reason and see the cosmetic differences between 200 and 300 .

Looking at the syringe I have loaded up 2.4ml right now which would be the most I've ever injected in one shot, I feel the ventro glute would probably be the best place for this injection though I could be wrong about that, I just feel it would be the most logical place for it.

In the syringe I have loaded up 200mg of primo and 100mg of testosterone. I've opted to keep my testosterone dose at the same 200mg a week I see no point in upping my testosterone per week from 200mg. The whole goal of this experiment is to let the primo do the work and have the testosterone in the background complementing the primo.

The goal is shaping the muscles getting lean and vascular as best I can by the end of this cycle. While I know I will have more cycles to run in the future. I want to take full advantage of my first one as I've offen heard more experienced guys say the first cycle is the best cycle, so while my androgen receptors are fresh i want to see what is possible.

I am not getting greedy here the remainder total mg amount per week would go from 400mg combined both compounds into 500mg a week combined with both compounds. I am not being stupid or risky. I am trying to stay grounded and logical with this.

The plan going forward would be Monday 100mg of test 200mg of primo & Friday 100mg test 100mg primo rounding out to 200mg total test a week and 300mg total primo a week.

I never plan on going super high with anything just enough for cosmetic enhancement and some added strength enhancement each cycle, more so leaning on the cosmetic side of things.

Now I've gotten very use to the feeling of pip with 100mg primo and what it feels like for a few days after, nothing bad at all really, so hopefully doing 200mg in one shot of primo won't be a nightmare.

I could always break up the primo in 3 weekly injections m/w/f if I can't handle the pip with my current method.

Maybe alot of you will disagree with me upping 100mg of primo and maybe think I am a complete idiot for doing it, that is OK I welcome all feedback and above all not what I want to hear I like hearing what I need to hear and the facts my feelings don't matter when it comes to needing to be told and hear the truth just how it has to be.

Hopefully this will explain in detail my logical perspective and why I wanted to approach it this way and hopefully I've laid my thoughts out clear enough that this all makes sense for all of you.

I will Start this out about diet because I've been reading my log and Mobsters and a good amount keep asking about it.

2lbs lean ground beef a day 1lb lean Ground tukery a day 4 cups of veggies or if I feel something different for carbs two packets of oatmeal

I eat this way every single day no exceptions other than a cheat meal once a week that falls in my macros so I don't go out of control.

It breaks down into 255g protein 100g fat 50-70 carbs depending on how I mix the veggies and how many i eat portions wise.

It always breaks down into 2186 calories a day, I don't post diet alot because I don't ever change it as my goals aline with the diet I put in place.

Also update on the 200mg shot of primo on Monday, I was nervous but a few days later it just feels like a mild bruise a little annoying I know it is present but overall peace of cake doesn't hinder me stop me or prevent gym movements or day-to-day walking around laying down etc.

Para pharma does one excellent job with limitations on pip with the 100mg/ml primo buttery smooth I handled the 2.4ml of oil no issue mixed into the same syringe. Now that I feel confident with that it will help me with future cycles and multiple compounds injected and bring comfortable.

Mood good sense of well being good overall no negative sides I can report on so far so good this deep into the cycle, para pharma is just quality simple as that.

I will attach some gym photos down below as well I typically don't take any during my workout but I decided what the heck I will take some today.

Yeah I can't tell day 2 day so I try and post pics to get and accurate judgment from the outside to see if noticeable changes can be seen. I appreciate that even though I'm not trying to get bigger and I'm eating daily in a deficit plus alot of cardio.
 
Definite Improvement to your upper body. Just need to bring up your legs as well.
Legs for me for some reason do not grow as fast as my upper body and I could never understand why. I hit my legs just as hard as my upper body, always been my weak point.
 
Very impressed. I am kind of shocked at how your results have been so far.
The para pharma gear has been the icing on the cake I have everything dialed in correctly, the para is just boosting the rate of results no doubt about it.
 
bros you are 6months to a year away from going on stage at this rate
Maybe one day, I won't rule anything out at this point. I feel if I continue with pushing and stay dialed in I might one day be able to do a show, you never know.

Overall today was very successful inside the gym felt strong and on point I hit biceps and triceps today.

Seems from what everyone has noticed with feed back on my log shoulders and arms have grown at a fast rate from beginning of cycle till now.

I try to hit everything equally as hard upper and lower body, my entire life I've always had the issue of my upper body growing quickly and my lower body lagging behind for some reason.

I don't know if it is just genetics or if I am doing something wrong, they aren't sticks but they don't grow big they just seem to grow stronger.

I've also noticed when I do cardio hard my legs get more defined but not bigger or wider just more cut up over time.

That issue alone if I tried my hand at competition on stage I would do the shows that I could wear the swim shorts for, I might have a better shot at being competitive that way. The more some bring up stepping on stage it makes me think what if, could I actually do that and place in and amateur show and do well i am unsure and who knows, might just have to get over my fear and if I can get into contest shape bite the bullet and enter a show.

I am no where near close to being ready I'd need atleast 6 months up into a year if I was gonna do that.

I also think with my passion drive and dedication and being self taught with my hobby in body building could I actually do more with this than just a hobby, it's been in my thoughts alot. I would be late to the party though being 35 years old already.

It is amazing looking back at old photos and current photos and seeing the drastic differences in my body it feels night and day.

Maybe one day if I can get enough support and traction from the community I might workup the courage to compete at the amateur level on stage as nervous as it would make me I would try and compete because to force growth u have to be put into uncomfortable situations and at times be humbled just imo anyway. I feel even if I sucked and didn't place the experience I gained might make me a better body builder and person by going through something like that mentally and physically.

I just dont know if i have good enough genetics to compete i truly dont think i do but maybe i am wrong on that one.

In my mind I still have a very long way to go in this journey and more cycles to be run to get where I need to be along with staying dialed in with diet and all aspects Of my life in and out of the gym.

no negative sides to report everything is going along great and Para Pharma & UGFreak have been absolutely amazing to me and supporting me the entire way, it is a damn good feeling putting in the work and having UGF be so awesome week after week and get excited seeing me make progress. One of the many reasons i am motivated to stay hungry and push along. The massive support from our awesome vets and members in our community for me logging has been beyond beneficial for me and I have developed a strong passion for logging it keeps me grounded and I always look forward to the next workout and progression so I can post it for all of you and myself. Logging has been gaming changing for me.

Yes mental and physically speaking being on cycle with para pharma gear has trying to push every workout no doubt about it.
 
Any chance of seeing some cardio work this weekend.
As in upping the cardio volume ? I typically do 30-40 minutes of cardio 4 days a week have been that way all cycle sometimes 1 hour if I can fit it in
 
Very proud of your progress. I was skeptical when you first started it, but now I'm getting impressed.
I am nowhere near the level you have achieved that much is true, what I do have is heart and dedication and I don't quit. I try to push past my limits and be one of the hardest workers in the gym. The love for the iron game pushes me forward.

Today is my second injection for the week and it went smooth as butter into the right ventro glute today as Monday I went into the left ventro glute.

My curiosity has gotten the best of me and I decided I just need to go for it so from this week and till the end of the cycle I decided we are running 400mg of primo. I know what I can accomplish and do on 200mg. I need to know what the minimum effectiveness of 400mg of primo a week can do for me and my goals with my training.

I also decided I would make a small bump in test a week and run 225mg a week. I've run 200mg a week for trt before but never any higher and I want to see what a small. Increase can do with the test combo with upping the primo.

I'm trying to progress and continue with hitting it as hard as possible in the gym and pushing the limits with this cut, everytime I look at myself in the mirror in and out of the gym my body looks more like it is doing a recomp imo. I seem to be making strides and I look bigger than my actual weight would imply being in the low 200s for my weight. I'm somewhere around 210-220lbs. I am waiting for my next weigh-in for spot on information with that.

Some might agree with me upping the doses but in the end it is my cycle and I must do what I feel is safe and will be beneficial as I'm not going overboard with my dosing.

I've been on 200 test and 200 primo this entire cycle up untill this week with me deciding to push it into 400mg primo a week and 225mg test a week.

I could feel the difference 45 minutes after I put the gear into the muscle I felt the shift in motivation I felt the shift in mindset, it is like a switch went off in my head and I snapped into GO mode, it is amazing feeling and experiencing that mental switch being flipped and the drive becoming escalated it made me feel like I was going to crush it today and I accomplished that in the gym.

Para pharma is high quality through and through 100% satisfaction for my entire cycle in all aspects mood, gym overall feeling fantastic is all I can say.

The pump 9 get from Para Pharma gear is also lights out the entire cycle I love it no doubt about it.

Today is my second injection for the week and it went smooth as butter into the right ventro glute today as Monday I went into the left ventro glute.

My curiosity has gotten the best of me and I decided I just need to go for it so from this week and till the end of the cycle I decided we are running 400mg of primo. I know what I can accomplish and do on 200mg. I need to know what the minimum effectiveness of 400mg of primo a week can do for me and my goals with my training.

I also decided I would make a small bump in test a week and run 225mg a week. I've run 200mg a week for trt before but never any higher and I want to see what a small. Increase can do with the test combo with upping the primo.

I'm trying to progress and continue with hitting it as hard as possible in the gym and pushing the limits with this cut, everytime I look at myself in the mirror in and out of the gym my body looks more like it is doing a recomp imo. I seem to be making strides and I look bigger than my actual weight would imply being in the low 200s for my weight. I'm somewhere around 210-220lbs. I am waiting for my next weigh-in for spot on information with that.

Some might agree with me upping the doses but in the end it is my cycle and I must do what I feel is safe and will be beneficial as I'm not going overboard with my dosing.

I've been on 200 test and 200 primo this entire cycle up untill this week with me deciding to push it into 400mg primo a week and 225mg test a week.

I could feel the difference 45 minutes after I put the gear into the muscle I felt the shift in motivation I felt the shift in mindset, it is like a switch went off in my head and I snapped into GO mode, it is amazing feeling and experiencing that mental switch being flipped and the drive becoming escalated it made me feel like I was going to crush it today and I accomplished that in the gym.

Para pharma is high quality through and through 100% satisfaction for my entire cycle in all aspects mood, gym overall feeling fantastic is all I can say.

The pump 9 get from Para Pharma gear is also lights out the entire cycle I love it no doubt about it.

It's strange sometimes monstro as I've cut many times before and I never gained size. The first time I cycle which is my current log and I'm gaining size easily while shaping the muscles, it is really fascinating going through the experience.

how is your appetite now versus when you started the cycle?
The interesting part is my hunger has never changed if anything it has gotten easier to stick with my diet and my training. I haven't noticed any hunger getting out of control, it has made it very easy for the entire process.

What I have instilled in myself is dedication, commitment, humbleness and always stay hungry those are things you can't buy with money and you can't buy back time either, for me if I'm going to do this I am going to do it right the first time. I also gave my word and commitment for the community and I prove my word is good by showing actions behind them everytime brother. I am very serious about this as it is my love and my passion body building.
 
my favorite on your list is definitely the seated low row cable rows
really gets a nice pump in the back
They rock 100% I also love doing the Upright cable row from the floor as I get a super wicked pump in the bottom and middle of the lats.

The entire cycle I've been averaging around 7 hours of sleep a night consistently. I will credit a huge part of me growing and transforming. I do the things I can to help aid in recovery and my diet plus the sleep is really paying off. I've loved the fact that with this cycle it's been so side effect free and hasn't disrupted my sleep or daily life at all, everything is super smooth for the entire run. I also have a overall better sense of wellbeing and happiness the majority of my cycle which is great having more mental clarity.

Ventro glue is a little sore but not as bad as I thought it would be just feels like a mild bruise, even at 200mg of primo into the muscle it goes in easily and 24-48 hours even with the increased dose the pip is the same as if I injected 100mg of primo, that just shows how great para pharma is no pip increase even after increased dose.

I have noticed myself overall I am more happy go lucky and laid back alot of people in my day 2 day life even say you seem so much happier lately. Combining test and primo I get positive mood boosting effects. I can't say enough about it. I feel the para pharma gear is so clean potent and high quality it's boosted all aspects of life in and out of the gym for me.

This has been a fantastic opportunity and journey so far, I've been doing so good on cycle I dont ever want it to end with how great I feel, everyday I wake up with energy and enthusiasm about starting my day. ( I've had energy and enthusiasm before cycle no issues, I can motivate myself without gear, being in gear it has brought it into a whole new atmosphere if I am upfront about it.

Today I decided I was going to focus on the pump and lower the weights and increase the volume of reps, I did 30 reps a set and manged to rack off over 100 total reps a movement for chest today.

I felt fucking fantastic in the gym today doing a pump workout this is the highest volume I attempted so far this year and on cycle and I killed it 💪

Before anyone screams over training just stop before you say it, the goal was not only do a pump style and force as much blood into the muscle as possible, I always wanted to test my endurance and see how far I've come currently compared to before I stated my cycle.

I don't do this every single day each week this is once and a while to force adaptation for my body mind and muscles being uncomfortable forces growth and change, I made sure weights weren't crazy so I didn't hurt my joints which I had zero joint pain this workout.

I like doing off the wall things and mix a ton of variety into my workouts to accomplish strength, endurance, hypertrophy and cardiovascular work, I have a method to my madness just trust in me and my process is all I ask.

950 total reps for chest today
100 reps for forearms.
1050 total reps for my entire workout.

( again caution if i couldnt handle this or felt i could get injured I would not attempt this ) i also felt i needed to challenge my mental today by going all out to force mental clarity and ascending to a new level in my journey moving forward, if i dont push hard i wont know what i am capable of achieving )

Slept 8 hours today woke up feeling good and I hit the gym around 11:40am and got done around 1:45pm I had alot I needed done today and I can say I accomplished all tasks today in the gym.

Daily water intake is around 3 litters.

Pip has gone away after only a few days so we are all good on that front as well, overall today I pushed myself with the volume I didn't care how much weight I moved today.

I wanted to focus on endurance training high reps and mentally forcing myself to adapt and work through the pain and soreness today.

Doing high reps I had a wicked pump especially in my quads that last my entire workout.

I pre exhausted my legs by doing Squats right out the gate with 25reps a set kept it lite with 145lbs on the bar for that.

I honestly felt sick after just squatting I was going so high rep, I didn't puke so that was good but I definitely fried my legs today lol. I definitely pushed myself today which was needed.

Today was more of a force as much blood into my legs as possible with every movement every set and every rep.

I live for endurance training, just something about spending all I have in the gym makes me feel happy.

Monday first injection day of the week for myself. 125mg test c 200mg primo loaded up into the syringe. I will most likely go into the side delt today and rotate left/right as last week I rotated between left/right ventro glute.

( I've shown these photos before but I wanted to put them side by side showing how I looked at the start of cycle mid point of cycle and towards the end of my cycle. ( first 3 top photos are starting cycle into the mid way point, bottom 3 photos are towards me coming to the end of my cycle soon )

Down below is the picture of my entire bottle layout for this test and primo cycle, it is sad that it will be coming into its end in a few short weeks. I will be cracking open the last remaining bottle of primo on friday for my last injection of this week.

I thought it would be neat capturing the essence of all the empty bottles on the outside and the last two usable bottles in the middle of the empties with a loaded syringe in front of the two remaining usable bottles.

I've learned alot along the way being my first cycle and overall I feel more confident heading into the future with cycles down the line.

I feel as though mild compounds and dht compounds are my sweet spot as the sides for me have been zero negative for the entire cycle very smooth and easy running a test and primo cycle.

Para Pharma gear has been exceptional for myself with added growth, strength and mental clarity, focus and above all a boost in determination and drive.

I could typically push myself no problem and drive/motivation was never lacking for me, I just needed to touch on the fact since utilizing Para Pharma gear it has morphed into new heights and levels I never thought I could achieve or would be possible for my physical and mental performance in and out of the gym setting.

Logging has always helped me grow as a person and furthermore increased my knowledge so I can turn around and reach/help more people in the community.

Putting myself aside another driving factor of doing a first cycle was so i can truly understand how these compounds feel and act in the body, this way i can help offer assistance for others who are in the same boat, maybe i can make it a bit easier for them jumping into this correctly.

I am extremely pleased with the growth and learning of this entire process, sometimes you need that firsthand experience in life.

The Para Pharma difference is how I offen refer it as is for me a very realistic thing and I have no doubt in my mind, anyone who decides they will utilize Para Pharma will also experience the Para Pharma difference and see the words I put into this log physically become a reality for them like it has for me.

I know people say primo is expensive for what it is and while I can't dispute this, I will say this for anyone who thinks primo is a waste of time and not worth the price, I will post down below two photos.

I don't have gyno ? I also have Arimidex on hand, I haven't had gyno this entire cycle could just be fat your seeing, I don't have puffy nipples or itchy nipples nothing in the breast tissue or behind the nipple is sore or hurts. I am a bit lost what u mean by check my gyno unless u see something I don't.
