Two part CHEST question

1) Which "bench" chest movement involves the most shoulder participation? (using DB not BB)
Flat
Low incline (30-35degrees)
"normal" incline (45 degrees)
Decline

2)what would be the best chest Movement to target lower outer pecs?

1. Generally the rule is, the more incline you have the more shoulders you use.

2. Lower pecs are best done with dips, although to be honest, you should just stick to flat, its is more then enough. Just an opinion.

- Also you can't train your outer pecs or your inner pecs specifically as you can't train just part of a muscle fibre, and the muscle fibres in your chest stretch horizontally from your sternum to just under your armpit.

You can target your upper or lower chest, which should pretty much achieve the same result anyway.

3. I'll throw a guess out and say decline, but I am not sure on this one.
