one should find out what works best for one.
But when on roids, let's ay for 8 weeks and doing each bodypart once a week, then that bodypart gets 8 workouts. Sure this can be enough, but when training them twice a week, maybe you gain more.
This is interesting to find out, especially for guys doing only 1 or 2 cycles a year.
