have a slightly twinged right shoulder...during shoulder movements it doesnt hurt really...except during shoulder press i can feel it a bit...but mostly when i do incline bench movements with dumbells. Ive had it since ive been off the last 6 weeks. I can still work around it and get nice workouts in..but it prevents me from going super heavy in incline movements, and the like. I just got back on...dieting for 2 weeks..then bulking for 6..but want to make sure im good to go for bulking in 1.5 weeks...i use glucosamine chondiritin n all that good stuff. I was using 2iu hgh before...now using 6iu for fatloss and whatknot...doing an extended cycle with that amount also. Will that help? Any other remidies? I heard aflutop is good..but i need to hear you guys suggestions first...
